  1. Along with his work with Keenum and the 2s. I posted some thought in the 8/8 camp thread but let me say things another way. 1. He has to stay healthy. 2. His WR play is the most important evaluation in his chances to make the team. IMO Kumerow doesn't bring much to the WR position. 3. None of us know yet what worth on ST he may have. His play in preseason will be one of the big things I want to see.
  2. That is the question that could be answered in camp/preseason. Let's take out ST play for one moment. I agree with your 5 WRs as locks. I know not everyone does, but I do. Shakir can take snaps outside but the "camp question" will be, can he do it full time if needed? Hodgin is a complete unknown, but the question is can he fill in if needed? Maybe 7 WRs are kept but not all will dress. Kumerow has PS skills, but his WR skills are a lot less than I originally hoped for. Kumerow is 30+ and on a one-year contract so I could ask "Is he in the Bills future"? Hodgins will be 24 on a cheap 2-year and none of us know what he could bring to ST. We also don't know if Kumerow's ST spot can be filled with a player from another position. I think the 6th and/or 7th WR spots are totally up for grabs and there are a lot of "other" factors beyond what we see to make a call.
  3. Cole was a good player for the team and Josh Allen. His distractions became too much for the "process" IMO. He was no doubt going to be let go after this year just due to cap and age. It's not that big of an issue for me. I do have to add that I am confused as to why Cole wants to perpetuate this.
  4. That's dog won't hunt. Don't you know that Daboll never wanted to call a running play in his life. Every time he did it's because McJauron overruled him and called those runs himself.
  5. So is there a date when this appeal will be heard, and a ruling handed down?
  6. Last year was the first time I used the College streaming option. I didn't see any content until the start of the season and was worried too. You would think the idiots would at least tell you everything is cool when you sign into the app the first time. Poor customer interface but I wouldn't worry about it.
  7. How can an O-Lineman coming off the NFI list be a bad thing? LOL, some people's kids.
  8. Probably demanded to talk to their manager. Irate when Brandon Beane didn't show up!
  9. Josh is improving every year. Soon we will see his picture up there when he reaches his ceiling.
  10. If 1 in 100 people are complete idiots, then 35,000 means 350 and a couple of handfuls were at the tunnel. Losing their stuff is the way to go.
  11. I was a little confused after the 2020 season that Beane didn't bring in some competition for Reggie at the 2021 camp. After the 2021 season I see why they didn't. I get the feeling that Reggie will be the ST Captain and that Tyler "Dirty Red" Matakevich's time may be limited. Probably the last year for Tiawan Jones too. So if that is true Gilliam will be the ST MAN. His worth on the offense is also well known.
  12. Unfortunately, the Bills have a lot of players that talk about their mama's and their leader talks a lot about his grand mama. Not enough testosterone is my diagnosis. And what up with these Turkey Burgers! Real men eat red, raw meat.
  13. Maybe, but what I see so far this year is the D not wanting to be a reason for a playoff loss and the team in general knowing the #1 seed with all the playoff games in Buffalo is the regular season goal.
  14. I don't see Beane wanting to add another WR to the room as of now. There is a lot of other WR needy teams who may give him a look. He probably is on 3rd team due to his drops and bad catch percentage. I don't think Daboll likes that at all.
  15. Sports is one of the few venues where a man CAN show his emotions publicly. It's why a lot of men cry at the end of "Brian's Song" and "Rudy". I guess your "male authority figure" didn't agree with that. As to dwelling on a loss, ask Josh Allen and the team about that. I'd wager they didn't "sleep soundly" that night and by extension neither did a lot of fans. They use this emotion to dedicate themselves to improve. Logic and stoicism have its place in life, but a little "homer-ism" makes Buffalo Bills football a little more exciting and an opportunity to escape some of the toils of life. At least that's my opinion.
  16. I wouldn't want to be Ryan Tannehill when Von is playing in his first Buffalo Bills home opener.
  17. When I saw Josh coming out in the red helmet what I thought was nothing but a tribute to the 90s Superbowl teams. It sets it up for throwback 90s jersey's and I think it's time for that. Although those teams didn't win a Superbowl it's time to acknowledge a rich past in Bills history and turn the page for the future. I want to hear what Kelly, Bruce and Thurman's reactions would be for their jersey's being celebrated. I think they would love it.
  18. Josh threw that ball 40+ yards with his feet together and leaving backwards, all arm with no effort, accurately! I say this because we are getting used to it, but it is incredible.
  19. Yes, he's wearing a red non-contact jersey. Thank you.
  20. Fans have to have one LOL. From what I read and seen he is tall and a supposedly great route runner with pretty good hands. Problem is the running, he's s l o w.
  21. That TD to Knox was an interesting play. Diggs motions toward Knox then spins back and they both flare left with Moss chipping and following underneath. If both Diggs and Knox were blanketed Moss still opens up at the goal line.
  22. Shakir lined up outside for the TD. Can someone call in a Scott Law welfare check?
  23. So I check to see if WGR 550 has anyone at the stadium and Schopp is talking about his wife's homemade salsa.
