  1. 1. Unless he's willing to come cheap. He looked shot, but he was injured. 2. No argument. 3. Could he move inside? 4. Agree or sign him long term. 5. No argument. Dorsey will continue to put too much on Josh's shoulders. 6. No argument. 7. If Singletary is willing to sign a team friendly deal, he still has value. 8. Disagree. I think Tre will be fine. He was coming around but may have been impacted by the snow today. More tentative. 9. Yes. 10. Yes 11. Yes. 12. Diggs will be fine. See number 5. 13. Not sure. Let's see what Shakir can do? 14. Can't argue with this. Need a better WR corps in general.
  2. Against weaker opponents. Stop trying to compare apples and oranges. The Bills lost to a better team today. That means they need to build a better team.
  3. He hasn't gotten one interview this year and he's not likely to. I do agree the Bills need to make a change. Let's hope they do.
  4. No. This one doesn't hurt. This team stopped thinking about football when Damar happened. At that point, football became an afterthought. There was a happy ending but it had nothing to do with winning football games. And that's okay. The better team actually won today. The Bills have lots of work to do...yet again. But it will be done in the off-season. I will watch the rest of the season andl enjoy it with no regrets. This was not a season of "what could have been." This was a season of what was...difficult, harrowing...but when it comes to football...it was what it was.
  5. In my opinion, we played with a backup oline as well. Maybe one or two could be starters on a real oline. We need ro set a higher standard.
  6. I think the days of "defense wins championships" are long over.
  7. I think Carolina should definitely look at an offensive minded head coach. Take Ken Dorsey....please!
  8. I echo this. We lost badly...but I'm not upset. When I saw Daquon Jones was inactive coupled with the snow, I knew the Bengals would run the ball successfully and that the Bills wouldn't because of Dorsey. I'm not down on McD because his calm demeanor and leadership got the Bills through a very rough season. I do hope he takes a hard look at his coaching staff and makes the appropriate changes. I hope Beane does the same with the players. The injuries exposed the lack of depth. This team hadn't been championship caliber since the beginning of the season and things were only getting worse. So...this team needs to reassess, refresh and regroup for next year. We're onto the off-season and the draft.
  9. I have to agree with this. Even the rhetoric from the Bills the last few weeks has sounded like they were relieved they came through the storm, but you didn't hear a lot about actually playing the game. They looked flat even in pregame.
  10. I think I finally have to agree. We need a more aggressive defense and that's not what Frazier coaches. I also was not impressed with Dorsey. It seems our offense worked in spite of him, not because of him.
  11. We haven't been the class of the AFC since week 2.
  12. Agree. 1. We miss Hyde badly. Down to our 4th safety. Poyer playing poorly. 2. Losing Von was huge. Plus really missing Daquon Jones. He is easily our best DT. 3. O line has been awful all year. Plus Dorsey abandons the run to easily. 4. Gabe definitely a disappointment this year. Having said that...the posters on this board that want to blow everything up are ridiculous! Beane built this team based on our weaknesses last year. Too many key injuries wiped that plan out. Need a new plan for next year. Has to start with drafting oline, safety and WR.
  13. Dorsey blew that. We have 3 time outs. Run the ball.
  14. Frazier, I believe, is regarded as too old. Everyone is looking for the younger successful coordinators. I think older coaches need the prerequisite of having won a Superbowl.
  15. Watching the replay...Romo consistently jinxed the Bills in this game. I was begging him to stuff a sock in it and shut the @$!# up!
  16. Excellent explanation. Thank you.
  17. I beg to differ regarding the NFL rules. The Bills and Ravens were the only teams in control of their own destiny going into that week 17 game. Buffalo wins out, they win the conference. Ravens win out, they win their division. Bengals could get the conference only by winning out coupled with a KC loss. So with the Bills v Bengals game cancelled, they put KC at number 1 by virtue of winning % and they awarded the Bengals the Division for the same reason. However...as accommodations for the Bills and Ravens losing the control over their own destinies and losing the conference and division, they put the AFCCG at a neutral field should KC and Buffalo meet, and they decided on a coin flip for a Ravens/Bengals playoff rematch. Winning % was used for seeding and no rules were changed with the exception of those two accommodations.
  18. NFL Network replay tonight, Tues, at 8 pm. Can watch it without palpitations.
  19. I thought his voice was still changing.
  20. Their clock management took away the run which played a big part in their being able to move the football. They were left only with passing the ball which was not their strong suit.
  21. Harbaugh coached like he didn't care. I've never seen such poor clock management.
