  1. Thankfully, it's never too late to learn something new!
  2. As does most of WNY. It's called "zippering" and it is the most efficient way to funnel cars through a lane reduction when there is traffic. The aversion to allowing people to zipper or, frankly, do anything other than painfully shove cars into a single-file line more quickly than necessary might be the worst feature of driving in this area.
  3. Bingo Emotionally prepping myself to miss the playoffs with a week 17 L
  4. ... Bruh, what?
  5. To simulate the time it would have taken to set the ball in live play after the official stoppage for review. It's 100% a rule.
  6. If we're going with that era, I would argue that Duke could be our David Nelson. Those first couple seasons he caught everything thrown his way despite not being much good at separating. Eventually the catch rate fell off, and the injury sealed his deal, but he was an important part of the Gailey-Fitz offense.
  7. Bruh. Who hurt you?
  8. Clock kept running, too. Should have been 15 more seconds on the clock.
  9. Welcome to 2019, buttercup. QBs have to do more than be tall, tough, and strong-armed these days.
  10. For everyone complaining about the lack of rushing attempts: The Browns overloaded the box for most of the game to force us to throw. It was bad. They were so confident we couldn't beat them through the air that they often had one more player than they "should" in the box based on our formation, and we still couldn't consistently throw it. The third down play on the final drive is a perfect example of how little they respected Allen. Just look at that uncovered bunch! 40+ QBs in the league would identify the blitz and complete the throw. Our starter cannot. Playcalling could be better but Allen is abysmal.
  11. What blows me away is how many people are perfectly content averaging 18.1 PPG on offense This fanbase is delusional
  12. Some well-designed overloads but the Broncos need to make some serious halftime adjustments for their blocking assignments
  13. Yeesh, three offensive linemen were blocking a single rusher as that guy came free. They only brought five there, awful blocking execution.
  14. Everyone complaining about a blatant block in the back call needs to reevaluate their approach to watching football
  15. Ugh. Three in a row uncaught despite being catchable. That hurts.
  16. ... How drunk are you people This has been about as favorable as we cam ever expect for the Bills
  17. Save Allen's season from a crippling blind-side hit
  18. Morse has been brutal today, yeesh
  19. Brady's dropping almost 10 yards deep and then stepping up into any lanes that open up.
  20. On my own time I do music I genuinely enjoy or write/arrange what I like outside of my work for others I have workaholics in my family and it strains the heck out of them and their relationships and I'm sure as hell not going to inflict that upon mine
  21. I do, actually, I'm a full-time musician Having a terrible work/life balance doesn't make you more valuable, it actively harms your relationships and stunts your creativity There's data on this stuff
  22. The number of people who apparently take pride in doing unpaid labor for their overlords' benefit is astonishing Like sure if you're doing it to get a raise or whatever, great, but having "pride in your work ethic" by allowing your own exploitation when you could have pride in, I don't know, being a present husband/father, learning a new skill, developing a new passion or hobby, etc. is just sad You are not your work, stop devaluing your labor and play with your kids or something, nobody lays on their deathbed thinking "gee I really wish I'd spent less time with my family and pursuing my own interests"
  23. Are OTAs voluntary or not? He has no obligation to be there and Kitchens is going to have to learn how to deal with that better publicly.
