  1. The Singletary play was completely a foul. It was a good call. It was stupid of him to do that. Plus he was coming back towards his own end zone, which is against the rules. BUT, I don't agree that it happened after the play was over. It was clearly during the play. Not that it matters that much. I agree with you on the Worley PI. It looked pretty clean to me. You forgot to mention the blatant PI against Brown. The defender ran right through him and knocked him to the ground. The Winters holding looked like holding to me. I have no problem with that call. Remind me never to come over to your place for a Bills game. Danger zone.
  2. He certainly needs more consistency. I'm not sure he is worth all the effort to develop him, but we'll see. He does boom them sometimes, but he often out kicks the coverage too, setting up the returner. I'm not super concerned, but I'm still undecided on him.
  3. And yet we have thread after thread started claiming how "concerned" fans are and claiming that "good teams" don't do what our team does.
  4. I am happy to have Allen. Yes, there are QB's who could not make that throw. But I assure you there are a lot of QB's in the NFL who could. The impressive thing about it is how clutch it was, not that is was some superhuman throw that nobody else could make. I think a coach would be concerned if his NFL QB could NOT make that throw.
  5. Hmm. It was a good throw for sure, but why do you think other NFL QB's couldn't make it?
  6. Ultimately it comes down to the QB. If Tua is the real deal they will be good for a long time. If not, they won't. Luckily the Bills found their long-term answer at QB. We'll see if Miami did too.
  7. Well I certainly saw it coming from a mile away, but that's easy for me to say sitting on my couch. But if Hughes rushed Murray instead, it would have at least force him to try to juke him and could have given time for defenders to help.
  8. Any other negative thoughts for us? Get them all out of your system. As for those plays. The first was a great fake. I don't blame them. The second one they should have saw it coming. But they didn't.
  9. Most fans and pundits thought the signings were good. And our defense is playing better lately. Maybe give them some more time.
  10. That leaping one handed grab was jaw dropping. Could not believe my eyes when the refs signalled that he caught it in bounds. It looked to be well over his head. And that was one of the most important plays of the game. Don't get that and we likely punt it since we were deep in our own end.
  11. The Beasley catch was amazing too. I thought it was clear over his head and couldn't believe when the refs made the sign that he was in.
  12. The ball came in a little hot. You'd like him to catch it, but he isn't a WR. I think Allen could have thrown a better ball.
  13. You know, I'm fine with no calls if they aren't super egregious (one such egregious no call was the missed PI on Brown where the defender just ran right through him before the ball got there). I can't stand the bad calls, though. They called PI on Worley, I believe, and it looked pretty clean to me. And also they didn't show it on the replay (probably because nothing actually happened) but the penalty on Neal (I believe) on special teams had him super fired up and I wouldn't be surprised if that was a bad call too. I get missing things sometimes, but if you are going to call something it should be right.
  14. White hasn't been following the top receiver. He has been playing zone. Why? Because he has been hurt (and offenses are STILL doing everything they can to avoid him). And are you claiming that Ramsey has never been bested by a receiver? How about him giving up two TD's against the Bills this year? One to Diggs and one to the TE when Allen moved him with his eyes. Guess he sucks and shouldn't get paid because he got beat a couple times, right?
  15. It was a freak catch. One of the best I've ever seen. You see hail mary's with tons of guys going up for the ball all the time, yes many of them impeding one another, and 99 times out of 100 the ball is knocked incomplete. I mean, I doubt Hopkins could even see the ball. He timed his jump perfectly and high pointed it, and he has incredible hands and was able to pull it in despite all odds going against him. It really was a superhuman effort.
  16. I guess McDermott could have suited up and tried to stop the pass... Seems like good coaching if you have 3 guys blanketing 1 guy. Hopkins was absolutely smothered in coverage.
  17. I don't care about moral victories. I really don't. But I refuse to do the idiotic pendulum swing every week after a win or a loss. This is a good football team. Good football teams lose sometimes. Sometimes Hail Mary's work. If you and others want to be miserable for that and refuse to look at the season as a whole, that's your problem.
  18. I thought it was a super exciting game. An instant classic for Cardinals fans. Yeah, it sucks to lose, but we were treated with fine entertainment up until the clock read 0.00. Both teams fought hard and the Cardinals stole it in the final moments with a miraculous catch (one of the best I've ever seen). I guess I'm not so gut wrenched like some of you. Our offense is good, our defense is getting better. We stood toe to toe with one of the best offenses in the league and should have won it. There were things that were not fun to see (Allen INT's) but overall I'm satisfied that the team went out and performed. And I know the Bills can hang with any team in the league.
  19. He "crushed" us? Really?
  20. I think it was 12. Don't short him!
  21. The Chargers aren't a good team, though. They've been finding ways to lose for years now. But yeah, Miami is totally a good team. Much better than I thought they would be. Our week 17 matchup is looking important.
  22. Nope. QB's are only throwing his way like once or twice a game. He is being respected. And the hail mary was not embarrassing. It was an amazing catch by a premier player.
  23. I said that a month ago. Why are you quoting me now?
  24. It was not even close to the out of bounds area. They would have had to sling him on a shoulder and taken a good walk to get him out.
  25. We beat the Dolphins. And the Cardinals have sucked for a long time. We aren't allowed any losses in a season? Seems we have to win them all or fans start crying themselves to sleep...
