I wish they would have that as a broadcast option for every game. Sometimes the announcers are just way too annoying.

AFC Championship Game and Super Bowl, did we just sweep the preview?
MJS replied to zow2's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don't think they choke. I think they are habitually overrated. They perform to their level. They beat up on bad teams. They feast on a weaker conference. Dak is not an elite QB. He is a good QB that doesn't have that extra gear to put the team on his back. I will say that they have some good defensive pieces now, though. -
OT - Isiah Mckenzie and Tony Brown suspended for remainder of the season

They physically removed the lockers? Why not just take their stuff out? 😀 -

How is he one of our guys? I don't get it. He plays for another team now, and it isn't like he was ever a good player for us. Just a replacement level guy. -
Knox missed a bunch of games, though.

The Bills ARE a better team. Floyd did make our pass rush better. McDermott IS a more aggressive play caller, by far. The Oline is a lot better. Kincaid added a lot to the offense. Most of what you said was right. There are a few things a little off.

They're definitely taking something.

Daquan Jones’ 21-day practice window has been opened, per McD

The Bills are usually pretty conservative. They don't rush people back. -
Until it is a penalty, it is dumb not to do it.

He is better at being decisive and getting up to speed quickly. Before, he struggled with twinkle toes and taking too long to get north and south. It's probably because his vision is getting better as the game continues to slow down for him. And probably because the coaches have been harping on him to do that. That game where he got benched for awhile and then came back in and dominated was a great example of what being decisive and urgent in your running can do.

It's smart and every QB does it. It is part of being competitive and doing everything you possibly can to help the team. In soccer it is bad because of how they fake injury and act like they are dying.

Steelers Damontae Kazee Suspended Rest of Season
MJS replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
No, I would rather the refs not be required to try to interpret intent. Their job is already subjective enough. Give them clear rules to follow and enforce. Agree, although there was incidental contact to the head. When I watched that back I would have preferred a no call there. -

The rules don't really try to govern intent. They try to govern the actual, physical actions of the players. Even a call like intentional grounding, with intent in the name, is not actually governing intent. They have physical rules around it (no receiver within X amount of yards, etc.). -

Yeah, those types of hits used to be celebrated. I think it's good that things have changed, but sometimes it feels like any hard hit is going to get a flag, even if technically within the rules, which sucks. -
Steelers Damontae Kazee Suspended Rest of Season

Apparently, he has a history of that this season. So, I can get behind the suspension. If this was a first time thing, I think it would be far too severe. -

Wow, suspended the rest of the season? That seems pretty harsh. -
This is his best season. He has been dominating all year long.

The NFC primarily plays the NFC. The AFC the AFC. Thr AFC clearly has the better QB's and more good teams. The NFC is more top heavy.

Horrible PI called against the Titans. Horrible.
-
It didn't, because the Ravens did not retain the rights to the Browns. They became essentially a new expansion team.
-
They retained all of the rights and history of the team. The new Houston team could not have gone back to the Oilers, I don't think. They would have had to buy the rights, or something, I bet.
-
Those throwback oilers uniforms look WAY better than their current ones.

The Jets oline is atrocious. They have no answers. No wonder Zach Wilson is hesitant to play. He is getting murdered.
