Week 16, Bills v. Cheats, 12/26/21 - GAME BALLS
HomeskillitMoorman replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
Allen McKenzie O-line The D was OK...however...I had no confidence whatsoever that we were going to come up with the big stop if Josh didn't make those plays and lead us to a TD on our last drive. I really felt like the offense had to close it out, which Allen and McKenzie did! -
Ultimately what it came down to for the players was weighing the desire to do what’s best for the team vs the fear of taking the shot. Not saying one is wrong inherently right or wrong, that’s just what it boiled down to.

I think it’s moreso that those guys were aware that the penalties were greater if you’re not vaxxed and still chose not to. Even after all this time when there’s no evidence that the vaccine actually does anything negative. It may not help as much as many once thought, but it also doesn’t seem to be a threat in any way.

Haha is this thread for real? Where’s the sense of humor? I thought it was pretty funny -
Is anyone enjoying this season?
HomeskillitMoorman replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
I still enjoy it. Sure I would more if McD wasn’t here and we did a better job building the trenches over the last 5 years…but it’s still fun. -
Agreed, but that overall body of work against them from McD is still disappointing, but much moreso if we lose on Sunday. That was mostly my point there. There isn’t some kind of talent disparity this year to be “ok” with going 0-2 against them in games with basically the season on the line. And we have the better QB. 0-2 vs them this year with the stakes and QB situations would say a lot unfortunately.

He’s 2-7 overall, the wins count but they were also in the one year NE sucked. More importantly if we go 0-2 vs them in a year where we desperately needed to just split while we have the better QB would be an atrocity.

How does that make me a Pats fan? By wanting to have a coach that can actually beat them? I would argue that Pats fans would be ecstatic to see us keep McD long-term.
