Well then F that guy

Everyone can sleep easy again about Dobbins and CEH

Absolutely loved Dobbins pre draft I thought he could have been a stud, but all these injuries have been catastrophic and he’s not the same guy.

Thanks for posting. Seems the numbers back up what I’ve been saying for months. Stay away from Coleman he’s such an obvious red flag

Gunner's 2024 Mock Draft - FINAL v3.0 NOW LIVE (p.13)
DJB replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Those were my pre draft rankings. Hugely wrong about Jeudy but nailed everything else pretty much Do you have a link or a post Gunner which proves that was your order as you had it written above? If so huge respect -
I think Samuel is going to be the best #2 WR Josh has ever had . He may even be the best WR he’s had before Diggs arrived as well
-
I’m aware of the age with Leggete and the late break out. Hugely concerning but his tape this year is one of the best amongst the WR group. Mitchell has WR1 upside. The size, speed, agility and ability to get open is superb. He didn’t put up great numbers due to terrible QB play. Yes he takes plays off , can it be coached out of him? We will find out. Coleman I’m not a fan of and I’ve been vocal about that . I’m not worried anyway as he’s not the type of WR Beane has described what we are looking for . I.e hands, ability to separate and explosive plays. All of these guys come with warning flags. None are perfect not even Harrison, it’s figuring out which one will translate to the NFL and into our offense
-
For those advocating for Coleman due to his size, then why aren’t you advocating for Leggette and Mitchell who are just as big but come with elite speed and terrific separation with cleaner hands ?
-
I want nothing to do with Tez Walker. He absolutely crumbled at the senior bowl and we need guys that step up when it matters most in the playoffs and not fold like a cheap tent. Hes a huge pass for me with those very questionable hands
-
At 60 all the half decent WR’s will be more than long gone. So Beane either takes one at 28 or he moves back a bit into round 2 and picks up a 3rd and takes one early round 2

Clowney stinks so this is no loss at all

J.K. Dobbins would be a good addition as the Bills’ power RB.

Absolutely loved JK when he was coming out of the draft. He was my favourite RB in that class. But his injury history is extremely concerning and there are simply better and more durable options available to us as an RB2 -
NFL will play 2 games on Christmas-day which is on a Wednesday this year.
DJB replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
It was meant as a first post joke . I too don’t want to go on Christmas -

Well we know it won’t be a home game for the Dolphins as they those fans won’t show up to the game as they aren’t real fans -
No more surprise inside kicks is the only downside to this I see. Safety is important on this one

That’s the one Ace McDermott has that some fans hang their hats on. Big deal he won 9 with Tyrod. Big deal our schedule was cupcake and the Jets and Dolphins were a joke that year. Even the Patriots empire wasn’t the same . We also needed a miracle play in the Ravens game for us to get into the playoffs. It was 7 years ago. It’s time we raise the bar and expectations for McDermott and he can’t live off his past laurels.

Mock Draft - Post Combine & First Wave Of FA - Updated On Page 2
DJB replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall
Incredibly well thought out mock! Really, really well done . Normally I get through some picks and scratch my head when I see a team picking a player they have no business choosing as it’s not a need whatsoever and I usually can’t get through the entire mock. You did your homework and it’s awesome man well done . Super impressed . About a week ago I started to think that Dallas might go Worthy. It makes a ton of sense. -
Josh covers up plenty of Mcdermotts downfalls. If Sean had a mediocre QB and not a generational franchise guy he would be losing a lot more than winning and likely would have been fired. McDermott is on his what 4th OC? He screwed up with Dennison and Dorsey, lost Dabol to a promotion. Hes bumbled on field decisions and blamed other coaches for losses. Hes now done the same to the players too. This is my last year with McDermott. I need a SB appearance to want him back.
