It's true that no one could have known what JJ would become, but it was clear that anyone who followed him at LSU, knew what he could become. In 2 years at LSU, 2,415 yards with an average of 14.6 and 24 TDs. There was a lot of potential just sitting there waiting for us to make a move for him and we went with Diggs.........UGH. I see it as just one more blown opportunity that could have put this team over the hump.

If the D would start tackling players instead of the turf, we'd probably see better production and have a healthier squad.

We should have bit the bullet, moved up in the draft and gotten Justin Jefferson........but alas, our FO figured Diggs was worth trading our 1st for instead. I mean, give me JJ all day long, but what do i know.......

We just can't.......running the K-gun or hurry-up offense would only allow us to score points quickly (if at all) and then have to rely on our putrid D to hold their ground for too much of the game. And i think at this point, no one wants our D out there any longer than reasonably possible.

At least the guy got a game ball out of it..........If you met my wife, you'd see why i would have left her for a hot dog.

Every PeeWee league knows in that situation, you take away the underneath yards, defend the sticks and 1st downs, take away the outside yards and anywhere near the boundaries where they can stop the clock and force them to throw long........if they get a TD out of it, well they've earned it. You have to force the O to keep the game in front of them, so i don't know what our D was seeing on the last drive.

Everybody eats...........most teams with a true WR1 are eating T-bone steak, our WR's are eating Salsbury steak.

The ACC, formerly Maple Leaf Gardens for the Leafs back in the day, used to be the "working man's arena"........blue collar guys could get tickets at half decent prices and a couple of beers without breaking the bank. Owners and investors have figured out where the true money is coming from and have swung towards more of a corporate type thing, where it prices the average person out of the seats. The pendulum has swung in favor of the money, not really the fan anymore and don't expect it to swing back towards the fans/consumer anytime soon........owners don't answer to the fans anymore, they answer to the investors and it's the "almighty" dollar that holds the bottom line.

And i say unto you, oh my Bills Mafia brethren..........if our team couldn't win one SB in the 90's with (not even debatable) the best O and best D roster that this franchise has ever seen, do you honestly think that we are winning one anytime soon with the O and D roster we have now?!? I'll wait.
