  1. I’ve hated that rule for forever. It’s such an awful rule. I can’t believe it’s stuck around. Absolutely hate it
  2. Right. How different does the game look if the ravens don’t find luck on all ALL THREE of their fumbles. I’d like to know the odds on a team fumbling 3 times and getting every single one back.
  3. It definitely came down to the defenses. But let’s not forget the ravens had 3 fumbles and recovered ALL of them. Lady Luck was working for both teams at times last night. ... I’m encouraged that our team showed yet another way they can win a game. In the playoffs, no less.
  4. I knew my crusade would pay off... I’ll let our guys have all the credit but we all know they had a sense of urgency via my constant hammering on that td drought
  5. Speaking of forecasts....Has anyone checked the weather in Hell today? Because Bruschi just picked the Bills and said he thinks they can win the whole thing.
  6. sums it up perfectly. been that way all week.... i'm still trying to make sense of it. i eventually went ahead and shut the TV off in my office today because every sports channel i went to had the same narrative. ....... but i guess who can blame them? its not like the Bills went 13-3 with the 5th hardest schedule in the NFL or anything.....
  7. The bills are 7-1 vs top 10 d’s and Allen has an average rating of 112 in those games. Im assuming we’re gonna move the ball.
  8. wow. FINALLY somebody in the media bring up the fact that the Ravens offensive juggarnaut scored a whopping 20 pts against an awful titans D. bout time..... also love his numbers about the titans running on first down, being extremely predictable and never switching from that even when the ravens were loading the box. he mentions that will most definitely not be the case with Daboll calling the plays. His in game adjustments have been on point this year.
  9. That neard he's sporting there bothers me far more than anything that came out of his mouth.
  10. ..... Josh Allen hanging back delivering carnage from the pocket.... While Lamar is trying to figure out the elements.... 🤣 in all seriousness though, this weather stuff is really being overblown this week. Its super annoying.
  11. For all the talk about how bad the bills run d has been, the ravens allow the same 4.6 ypc that buffalo has. So what you're saying isnt out of the realm of possibilities.
  12. Right the game that everyone on TV conveniently forgets to mention the Bills held him to 180 TOTAL yds....
  13. 100% what it was..... i said this last night on the prior page and i'll say it again. one team put a whopping 20 pts on a bottom 5 defense and beat them by a score. the other team also won in a one score game but it was against a team that was top ten in both offense and defense.... i'm dumbfounded the narrative is so ravens slanted this week. Here's a summary of all the breakdowns i've seen this week...."How will the bills ever slow down lamar jackson??!!! Its next to impossible!..... And the Ravens have a good secondary so they obviously dont need to worry about the 2nd highest scoring team in the NFL that goes 4 wr deep........ AND SERIOUSLY, HOW ABOUT LAMAR JACKSON????!!!!"
  14. Listening to “The Opening Drive” with Solomon Wilcotts and Ed Mccaferry as I’m typing this. Here’s the summary of their Bills-Ravens preview..... 5 minutes of how fast Lamar Jackson is and then another 5 min of how good the Ravens D is at getting the ball. That’s it. That’s the preview. No joke. It was 10 minutes or Lamar Jackson talk and Ravens defense..... SERIOUSLY? I find this funny beings the bills offense scored at a higher clip during the regular season and in the playoffs. And our defense caused 4 more TO’s on the season. I really enjoy these guys analysis every morning so that was super disappointing.
  15. Ifs definitely worth mentioning. The titans had a total of 19 sacks coming into the playoffs and got to Jackson 5 times. They were 23rd in points allowed at 27 a game and held the Ravens “unstoppable” running attack to 20. The narrative coming into this game is sort of confusing to me. The ravens hung a whopping 20 points on one of the worst d’s in the NFL while winning by a score. They’re the hottest team in football apparently. Meanwhile the Bills won a game vs a team ranked top ten in both defense and offense and apparently have been exposed. That’s odd to me.
  16. right. running can be done on them though. yolo wasnt wrong. the ravens are like 24th in yards allowed per carry at 4.6. a good blend never hurt anyone... as long as the run game can actually show up.
  17. didnt i see somebody post a tweet on here that the ravens are ranked liked 20 or even worse vs 4 wr?..... and thats 4 wide in general. theres only a handful of 4 teams that have our caliber of 4 wide. @YoloinOhio still might be onto something though. the ravens are like 24th in yards allowed per carry.
  18. they possessed it for 34 minutes.... not nearly the amount people would like to make it out to be around here.
  19. they possessed it for 34 min. not 2/3's. the colts were averaging less than 4ypc and had 60 yds rushing with 10 pts scored heading into the 4th. you call that doing what they wanted? what game were you watching? The 4th quarter D was an issue. Luckily they played good ball the first 3. how about we look at the full picture? I think we both agree they'll be better. So theres that i guess.
  20. and i dont understand yours. i dont care how long they possessed the ball. the d gave up 24 points. thats merely an average output in todays NFL. AGAIN, for as sub-par as we both felt they played, they held a top ten scoring team to 4 pts below their average and made the play at the end of the game that should have sealed it(fumble). So how awful were they really? come on, man...... also FTR, the colts possessed it for 34 minutes. 6 mins shy of the 40 it would take to have it for 2/3's
  21. Well sadly, even though Zay could physically put KB where he need to be pre-snap, he couldnt actually run the routes for him. KB, Holmes, Jones...... cringe worthy.
  22. did whatever they wanted yet scored a whopping 24 pts. 4 less than their average. qb's miss passes man. it happens. The moral of the story is, even if we all agree they D had a less than stellar day, they gave up 24.... 24 points to a top ten offense. nothing to panic about.
