  1. You do realize that the TENET media podcasters in that DOJ release (aside from Lauren Chen and her husband) were listed as victims, correct?
  2. This is such a wholesome exchange and I love every part of it..
  3. You would hope a full off-season of the staff being aware of this, while also being aware that Milano (when healthy) was coming off a major injury, that they would have come up with a plan to address this disparity.
  4. I think it's a mix of the doomer national narrative along with the fact we didn't see much of anything this preseason. -We lost big names (many of whom were the ghosts of those names last year) -We sustained yet another long term injury to a star player in Milano -Even going back to the Draft, KC takes the flashy stock rising guy and we take the guy who's stock dropped post-combine. Doesn't mean we can't be better for it, but nobody can honestly say they have any clue what this team will look like at 1 pm on Sunday. JA and the starters played about a drive and a half, we didn't show anything on tape and couldn't even evaluate the unknowns at WR given atrocious backup QB play. On defense, will Rousseau finally break out? Is Von truly back, as reports suggest? Can we adequately fill Milano's shoes? What is even going on at Safety? Add in all of that, with the fact that we're playing one of the few "easier" games we have on paper before an absolute gauntlet starting 4 days later.. and I think the apprehension in this fanbase is valid.
  5. Disagree with this entirely. On Paper: -Top 10 OL -Upper 1/3 RB room -Top 5 TE room -Bottom 1/3 WR room -Middle of the Pack DL -Middle of the Pack LBs -Top 10 CB room -Bottom 1/3 Safety room That's not "among the worst rosters in the league" It is, however, a team lacking star power/game changers outside of Josh Allen. It seems to me that a lot of people who are down on this team, simply view the answers to every question we have as "no". Will the WR room elevate with JA? Will Shakir and Kincaid make a jump? Will Von and/or Rousseau provide DE pass rush? Will Milano's replacement be ok? Will our Safeties give us adequate play? If you think the answer to all those questions is no, well then.. I guess I can see how some come to the conclusions heading into this season that they have.
  6. Age 27 of the best QB we've ever had, when we haven't made a Super Bowl.. This part of your post isn't acceptable, and fans shouldn't just be all "well, shucks, guess it was just a reset year". They better figure it out and make a run to give JA a shot. Wasting a prime year of JA would be absolute malpractice from an organization he's tried to drag to the Super Bowl year in/year out without much help when it matters.
  7. Defense is contingent upon Rousseau making the jump and Von being the guy reporters say they saw over the summer. “Devoid of Talent”… Ed Oliver Daquan Jones Terrel Bernard Christian Benford Rasul Douglas Taron Johnson Greg Rousseau 7/11 starters are very clearly upper level starters. Do we have elite talent anywhere on defense? Remains to be seen.. but this isn’t a tomato can defense.
  8. I’d honestly rather see anyone but Hamlin there.. Hope he proves me wrong.
  9. Was just at Florida/Miami in The Swamp and the crowd stood for the entire game until it became a massacre mid-3rd Q. Same for other games I've been to there, as well as Clemson and South Carolina. On the flip side, went to the Meadowlands for Bills/Jets and everyone sat most of the game. Same for Bills/Jags in Jax and Bills/Rams in LA. Buffalo Bills football is 100% more relatable to Southern college ball than it is the majority of the NFL.
  10. Went with “Keon Coleman’s Coat”
  11. Because of course this is the response.. (been replicated over and over by X users)
  12. This needs to be defeated. The growing sentiment in the Democrat Party that they should control & censor speech is of far bigger threat to this country than one man they hate.
  13. Some concern. I just don't value the position as much as other positions, so I can't be overly freaked out. Also, I do trust McDermott/Babich to coach & scheme them up properly. Our Defense doesn't hinge on Safety play or Matt Milano's replacement.. It hinges on the DL. Same as always. If Von is back to being close to pre-injury Von on pass downs and Rousseau makes the jump we've all been hoping for.. this Defense will be a Top 10 unit.
  14. It’s even sadder when you get to your mid/late 30’s and start meeting women who divorced their husband but readily admit he was a good man and good father… they just wanted “more”. Now they’re 35 years old with kids and think all the 35-45 year old men are going to want them… We do.. as a hook up, while we search for a younger woman who has never been married & still wants kids. They quickly realize the men they want aren’t trying to commit to them. So they just become single moms, co-parenting kids, who get into situationships with men who see them as a recreational option until the guy ghosts them or they finally tire of being strung along and go find another guy who is going to do the same thing. This is what nobody wants to tell them, because how dare our culture speak realities to women’s empowerment, but it’s very .. very real. Men aren’t without fault, we own a lot of societal relationship issues as well… but with the advent and rise of online dating/apps.. the power men have has drastically lowered for 90% of the population.
  15. This. Whoever did this should go to jail for election interference. These are the new rules.
  16. Facts. They’d be on GMA, Nightly News, and wall to wall coverage on ABC/NBC/CBS/CNN.
  17. Incredibly interesting stuff here..

  18. GA/NC, sure. SC, no. South Carolina has been one of the fastest growing states in the country in recent years, with Greenville & Charleston exploding in population. Both cities now have Republican Mayors, with Charleston ousting their incumbent Democrat Mayor. I have a place in Georgia, as well as South Carolina. Georgia has a heavy influx of Indian population in the suburbs who vote Dem for some reason and a lot of the transplants move for work, so it’s a mixed bag. South Carolina is exploding in population with two cities and coastal living, but its a lot more of elective relocation than it is career driven.. as in GA/NC. This aligns more with Florida, which has become ruby red under DeSantis, with elective relocations from NY/NJ etc The people moving from the north to the south as an elective relocation tend to be super conservative.
  19. For those who don’t exactly love following polling, you can also follow where campaigns are going and where they are spending. To be noted, the Trump campaign is even/out-spending in GA/NC.. two places he really shouldn’t have to be doing that - but obviously, as of now, is.
  20. They’re not dating. They’ll entertain situationships with men around their age or younger, but those men are never going to date/marry them. It’s dark out there for women as they approach 40. Online dating and hookup culture has destroyed millennials & gen z. Many men have opted out. The same 5-10% of men get swiped on by 80-90% of women. The top 10-20% of women look for money/status, because they have an army of simps at their disposal and will look for a unicorn, when they’re ready.. until years pass and now they’re 35. Which leaves the next 50-80% of women being in, again, situationships with the top 10% of men who are talking to them, while looking for a unicorn woman 5-10 years younger than them and/or more attractive (the top 10-20% of women). And because that 50-80% range of women are sleeping with guys out of their league, who will never date them, those men aren’t settling down bc they keep looking for something better and those women, who should be settling down with men in their league, now have unrealistic expectations. I probably sound like a prick saying this.. but it’s 100% what’s happening for the majority of folks in the modern dating world. This leads to men becoming lazy, unmotivated and resigned to what life has become for them because they don’t have the primal urge of pushing themselves to get a woman, keep that woman, protect & provide for that woman. It empowers women, who have taken advantage, but only temporarily.. as they eventually reach an age where their looks fade and they start to realize the men they are attracted to, want women 10 years younger who aren’t career driven & can give them a potential child/children. See my post above I’ve been in it. Dating someone now .. but spent years of my life doing all of this. It’s mainly empty recreational sex for those of us who can get matches .. and it’s mentally exhausting .. and truly warps one’s view of the other gender (I suspect the same occurs for women towards men).
  21. I think our Defensive Line might be the biggest variance unit, in terms of potential, on this team. If Von is washed and Rousseau gets another random injury that turns him into a glorified edge setter all year, then we’re wildly dependent upon Oliver/Jones to get pressure on the QB. If Von is, as reports suggest, “back” and if Rousseau does make the jump everyone’s been waiting for, this DL has upper echelon potential.
  22. The Panthers still don’t exist. I spend a good bit of time in Greenville, SC and you can’t go more than a few blocks downtown on Fall/Winter weekend without seeing Bills gear.
  23. The machine selected Kamala Harris is in line with all these people. ”it could never happen here..” - says people that lived under a form of this happening by this very administration during covid.
  24. Seeing lib propagandists label Trump’s no vote on Amendment 4 as hardcore anti-abortion reminds why I can never, ever support what the Democrat Party has become. A party rooted in aggressively evil late term abortion advocacy, mixed with censorship & pseudo open-borders.
