Yes, there is a difference between a rigged election and a stolen election, given the actions typically associated with both terms. Stolen implies that Trump actually won, but it was taken from him. He alleges by fraudulent ballot harvesting and corrupted voting machines. I have not seen any evidence from his team that leads me to believe there is merit to that claim. Rigged implies that he was never going to win, because the powers that be were never going to allow it. In seeing how the media, tech, democrats and intelligence officials aligned on the Hunter Biden laptop story to censor, suppress and lie to the American public in an unprecedented manner .. yes, I do believe it was rigged. I do believe that certain forces within our government, media and tech were hell-bent on making sure they did all that was in their power to make sure he did not win re-election. And honestly, that should be obvious to everyone. Regardless of how you feel about Trump.

I don’t think Joe Biden is coherent enough to be a willing dictator, but everything Tucker lays out here is actually happening and his handlers have him acting like one, to an adoring media that treats him like one.

Ok, now it’s just weird. I’ve had to explain to you multiple times that I don’t believe the election was stolen via voter fraud. You literally just responded to a post of mine above, where I reiterate that I don’t believe there is proof of widespread voter fraud sufficient to alter the outcome of the election. And here you are again. Alleging that I believe there was voter fraud. You’re either strangely dishonest or are having a mental health episode.

I am supporting Ron DeSantis over him in the primary and have been very vocal about that on here. The reason I don’t support Trump for the R nomination is because he does, in fact, talk nonsense for no reason and is far too easily distracted. You’d know this if you paid attention to anything I post here .. or most of the conservative posters here (because most here aren’t huge Trump fans), but you can’t acknowledge that, because your entire political ethos revolves around opposing Trump. Therefore, anyone who disagrees with you must be a Trump sycophant or die hard supporter. Because, if they are not, you’ve lost (or never had) the ability to debate politics on merit or substance.

We also had a defense centered around Edmunds in the middle of it, with a backup who’s taken limited practice reps, filling in. Let’s see what these documents are then.. It is a fact that the government over-classifies documents. It’s a running joke in Washington. It is also a fact that this prosecution is political. “No reasonable prosecutor would bring this case…” was the response to Hillary Clinton’s similar actions, due to precedent being set that would be damaging to the country. Yet, that precedent is thrown out the window for Trump. Because unlike Hillary, Trump is a threat to permanent Washington. Therefore, precedent is outweighed by political necessity. I explained pretty thoroughly my belief in the difference between “election was stolen” and “election was rigged”.. If you can’t debate someone on merit and resort to selective editing of their response, you probably shouldn’t be too confident in your ability to persuade.

I don’t believe machines were changing votes and/or illegal ballot harvesting was so prevalent that it changed the outcome of the election. Was the election rigged? Yea, it was. And it’s also kind of obvious at this point. It was close enough that the Hunter Biden laptop story could have changed the outcome. Polling on it certainly suggests it would have. We had tech companies working in conjunction with intelligence officials and Dem politicians to censor, suppress and lie about the story. That is an unprecedented action in American political history.

Ah.. there it is. So you just dislike anyone who pushes back on the approved corporate narrative. You could’ve just said that instead of pretending to have some nuanced view of Tucker Carlson.

Id agree, he should’ve just given them back. Trump knows they are coming after them and idiotically gave them ammo. That said, would it have stopped? They’ve been going after him since jump. He’s not my first choice for President, but it’s very clear he represents a threat to permanent Washington, and they wont stop until that threat is neutralized. So, yes, he should’ve just given the documents back. Would that have prevented the federal indictment? Maybe. Would they have stopped? No. Would they go after any other high level politician/political opponent if they did what Trump did? No.

It’s not just Oliver Stone, and I’m sure you won’t believe RFK Jr either, but it’s far more compelling than any other explanations we have for how/why JFK was killed.. This follows a discussion on Operation Northwoods and a bungled attack on Cuba in which JFK reportedly vowed to burn down and scatter the ashes of the CIA.

So what is your pushback on what Tucker said re: Permanent Washington & Trump? You can dislike Trump and see that the continuous actions taken against him by entrenched bureaucrats and those in power are unlike anything we have ever seen. I don’t trust the government. Tucker has every right to question their methods. These are people who likely assassinated JFK after he threatened to tear down a federal agency because they wanted to attack our own people in order to start a war with Cuba. Now, Trump comes along, and for all his faults is the first President to push back in any meaningful way on those same federal agencies. And unlike war criminals like Bush and Obama, or those blatantly obstructing justice like the Clintons, it’s Trump facing a federal indictment and prison time.

I’ll miss his personality. The guy is just a fun person. I won’t miss him as a player. His Chiefs game this past season might be the worst game for a WR I’ve ever seen. I’m very confident that, at least, one of Harty, Sherfield and Shakir can outperform what he provided.

The lefts only hope in the culture war, as it currently stands, is for a complicit media to hide and distort what they do, while misrepresenting anything coming from the right. It’s truly disgusting to see how DeSantis’ “Parental Rights” bill was lied about in almost all media, as this California bill - which is wildly outside the mainstream - gets next to zero coverage.

What exactly did you need to see in order to believe the OL has been improved? McGovern is an above average pass blocker / below average run blocker. Is that not better than what we had in Saffold? We drafted one of, if not "the" top OG in the Draft. That's a step up from "shuffling deck chairs". That's potentially 2/5th's of our OL being addressed by a mid-tier FA and top tier draft prospect. DE "worse" ... ok, explain. Von, Floyd, Rousseau & co. is worse than Von, Rosseau & co.? Alright. S "worse" ... ok, explain. Hyde/Poyer/Rapp is worse than Poyer and backups? Alright.

Much tougher schedule, but with a much better team. Especially when compared to what we finished the year with. I know injuries will occur, but for much of last year - in comparison to what we currently enter '23 with, we are better at: -QB (Allen no longer injured) -RB (Cook Year 2 & better backs for our Offense in Harris/Murray) -WR (WR1/WR2 remain the same, but a much higher ceiling for WR3-WR6) -TE (The addition of Kincaid to Knox) -OL (Year 2 of Kromer, Saffold replaced, better depth, blue chip G prospect) -DL (Even if Von does miss time early, our DL is much better with the additions of Ford & Floyd) -S (Hyde basically missed the entire season, we add him back plus brought Rapp)

I could certainly see this being the last year for all of the above, but if Dawkins bounces back, no way am I cutting/trading him.

Muslims typically voted R .. that changed after the “War On Terror” and many Republicans attitudes towards them during that time. They were never a natural fit on the left. We’re going to start seeing that shift back.
