  1. Welp… Biden might as well not even campaign in Georgia. Was waiting to see when this person came here.
  2. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. People down here in Georgia are absolutely furious.
  3. Dolphins are just releasing overpaid dead weight. Eating some dead cap, but everyone saw these moves coming.
  4. Yup. This is why Allen catches criticism for throwing to a guy he knew would be open for the TD pre-snap. It’s an insane standard to hold him to. And honestly, it’s probably the biggest indictment of this organization around him if one play could be a microcosm of why we haven’t won it all with him yet. But it is what it is, and given game flow, it just felt inevitable that we were going to drain the clock and Allen wills us to a go ahead TD with 30 seconds left and KC out of timeouts … until it wasn’t.
  5. Yup.. I don’t expect anything major based off this news but McGovern and Floyd were huge signings based on their play. Let’s just hope any Harty/Sherfield type deals play out better for us this off-season.
  6. Also, people think everyone has the same roster construction. Team A could have a ton of their own players under contract and be 30M over and it’s doom and gloom while Team B has a ton of big FA’s but is 30M under and it’s all rainbows and sunshine for the fanbase. I get it for the fanbase in terms of the excitement for Free Agency as an event, but… Bills have: Allen, Diggs, Cook, Kincaid, Knox, Shakir and the entire OL under contract. Von, Rousseau, Oliver, Milano, Bernard, Johnson, Douglas, Benford, Poyer all under contract. Is there work to be done? Of course, but for us FA should really be about value-friendly depth/rotational pieces. Big game hunting and big game re-signing for that matter, aren’t needed, provided Beane hits on this draft - which was always going to be the primary focus of this off-season.
  7. They know the answers to those questions, but reject them. Not all Democrats, but the leftists who are increasingly controlling that party, want to tear down the current system and replace it. It’s the Western version of Mao’s Cultural Revolution. So they will answer those questions if they’re being truthful, and then tell you they want to replace every last one of the power structures that were in place during our founding.
  8. The downside is that this obviously provides more cap to a team like KC, who’s already done a great job staying on the good side of it. Also a team like CIN, with all their upcoming deals, but the bigger issue for them has always been their owners liquidity and/or willingness to cut huge checks to multiple players. The upside for us is massive. KC was always going to be good. Whatever. It is what it is. For the Bills, I’m not sure how much this changes our plans - perhaps this allows for Jones & Epenesa to both come back if terms are favorable - but in the long run, it helps save us from having a big “take your medicine” year with the Allen contract in his prime. Beane has some breathing room with the financials, along with big contracts for guys like Von, Diggs and Knox that we can look at getting out of after this upcoming season (if necessary).
  9. It’s not about anyone being worried that Araiza will be some major weapon that helps the Chiefs to keep winning Super Bowls. It’s that we used a draft pick on a punter. That’s always a big deal. We have many of our own fans and local media members to thank for the injustice he faced. We then cut him due to that self-righteous mob. Pay real money for a punter. And now KC, who is already in far better cap shape than we are, gets to save a few million by signing the guy we drafted (for a reason) on the cheap. And we can keep paying real money for a punter, or waste yet another draft pick/UDFA signing on one… one who surely doesn’t have the potential of Araiza.
  10. I’m sure there’s nothing to see here.. Fwiw, I don’t even care that much about Hunter Biden. He used his dads power to make money for himself and others. I’m sure lots of politicians family members enrich themselves that way. …but to the extent they want to suppress this story, they’re now making me care.
  11. I didn’t think Gabe Davis would end up in KC, but now I’m pretty certain he’ll be there on some 3/30 type nonsense. Chiefs just flexin now. Everyone knew whoever signed Araiza was getting a talented punter and massive headlines. KC enters the chat and kicks the wall in like the Kool Aid guy.
  12. Guarantee you they aren’t paying him much and get a guy who was drafted for a reason. Let’s just take the L on this. Hilariously ridiculous situation all around in every which way imaginable - concluding in the only way it ever would have.. Araiza in KC.
  13. Chiefs saving money by moving off Townsend. Would certainly make sense for them to save money with a guy we drafted while we pay market rate for a top punter.
  14. Im the opposite. I had come to terms with the fact we wouldn’t be the ones who signed him after all the bs that went on… However, Kansas City?… because, of course it’s Kansas City.
  15. Comical. But hey.. certain members of our media and fanbase can give themselves a pat on the back for trying to destroy a young man and then helping our main rival save some money.
  16. Given the fact that Republicans keep running candidates under the MAGA label, including Trump himself, the margins are slim as suburban women aren’t fans of this movement or the man himself. Given that, abortion comes across as the dividing line as the issue that tips the scale towards Democrats in these tight elections. Republicans have to address that, and acknowledge it, if they’re going to keep running Trump/Trump candidates over candidates like Youngkin, Haley, DeSantis etc. As far as immigration goes.. the bipartisan bill was a self inflicted gunshot for R’s, but won’t be fatal… more of a flesh wound that will heal up by the time November rolls around. This issue is synonymous with Joe Biden .. it’s stuck to him politically.
  17. We all know that the Biden’s made money selling political influence. 1). That’s obvious. I mean, seriously, even those who support Joe Biden, that’s obvious, correct? 2). Can that be proven with concrete evidence? Doesn’t seem likely right now. Two things can be true at the moment.
  18. Casuals would freak out. A lot of us would love it, depending on what they send back.
  19. If only there was a way that the GOP could flip this issue on the Dems…
  20. I hear that, and it’s extremely annoying when I meet people down south who have done that.. but most of the people I know leaving NY are conservative. Long Island is pretty much 50/50 with the Irish and Italians voting Republican and Jews/Minorities voting Dem. Everyone I grew up with is Irish or Italian out in the North Shore of Suffolk County.
  21. The frustrating thing is.. aside from 13 seconds.. there's been a valid excuse. -We flat out weren't ready in the AFC CG, and we were so young in this team's evolution that we were fine with it. -Damar Hamlin and injuries (Von, Jones, Allen) tanked us physically and emotionally. It showed against NE. It showed against MIA. It finally caught up to us against a team able to take advantage of it in CIN. -Injuries to Gabe Davis and half of our Defense against KC. However, you can't have an excuse every year. At some point, it's a you issue. And whatever we're doing, has not been working, because when it comes time to step up in the postseason, nobody but Josh Allen consistently does. Whether they get hurt during the year and are out, or severely banged up or just don't rise to the occasion, some introspection needs to be done as to why this keeps occurring.
