    I wouldn't take the bet solely on the fact there's no way in hell he would pay up the $10k. He's just trying to sucker $200 out of you. If he puts the money in some sort of guaranteed, notarized escrow in advance, then take the bet.

    Prima donna receivers will demand the ball even more, QBs will throw 100% of the time, and what metrics will you judge linemen or defensive players by? Good CBs who don't get thrown to to get pass breakups and whatnot will get shafted. SO many problems with this idea.

    Their defense is based on everyone believing that the entire organization was literally too stupid to realize that hard (possibly) metal cleats and hard smooth surfaces might pose a slip/fall hazard. Actually, I might believe they really are that stupid now.

    Complete bull **** they would try to fight the suit rather than settle out of court, claiming they couldn't have known it was an injury risk when someone was just injured in it the week before? Then saying the injury was really because of preexisting condition? Doesn't matter if there was one, he wouldn't have fallen and aggravated it if not for their negligence.

    A Patriots player could be caught red-handed and bragging about what they did, and the final line of the report on it will always be "Suspension is under appeal".

    They are most definitely "at work" and subject to owner/employer rules when in uniform and actively at their place of employment, aka in the stadium. The workplace is not the place to be making political statements.

    The Denver game was fun. Couldn't get it on TV up in the Ottawa area so we listened to it on satellite radio on the 5.5 hour drive back. Had fun explaining to my enthusiastic but football illiterate lady friend how big 55 yard field goals were.

    Freddy doesn't come close? He was the heart of the team while setting yardage records and being rated the most elusive RB in the league in a bad offense.

    "Sired" is a pretty noble word for a guy who just couldn't keep it in his pants. I have two Jackson jerseys. My first live Bills game was his first NFL 100 yard rushing performance, in the same game Lynch went 100 as well. That game had it all, a snowstorm, met a hot Buffalo girl to hang with, even a successful Jauron play challenge.

    I have a hard time believing all these NFL scouts and GMs are operating off of feelings and vapor.

    I'll admit we're not in an ideal situation, but the rumors of our O-line's demise have been highly exaggerated.

    So we got... The 7th best at pick...7. Ok. The 4th best at pick...16! Wow! The 44th best at pick...96! Wow! And people still B word about how badly we botched this draft and gave up too much. Got exactly who we wanted at good value, rather than "plug holes" with mediocre players that could also be picked up in FA.

    Plenty of top QBs went in the top 10 as well, what is your point? ANSWER THE DAMNED QUESTION, who were your top 7 QBs over Allen? Quit being a whiny, petulant little B word.

    There's still only been 5 QBs drafted at this point into the third round, and you say there's an even higher number rated higher than him. What a joke. Sure I can buy Mayfield, Rosen, and Darnold. I won't even roll my eyes too hard at Jackson, but who else to add up to seven? Rudolph, White, Falk, Lauletta?
