Does KC's D know there is a game being played today?
-
To put the whole game on Jackson’s shoulders as a failure is just foolhardy.

LJ took a Big Show head butt there.

An NFL game is 4 quarters long.

Reading this thread tells me that the Bills biggest weakness by a country mile is WR. So then why are people bashing Allen head over fist if he has WR’s who CAN’T get open?
-
As the playoffs continue........ us Bills fans throw up in our mouths. ?
-
OBVIOUS hold not called there.

Ravens receivers losing this game. Titans receivers winning it.

It’s pretty close to the point where the Ravens running game becomes irrelevant. Not there yet, but close.

Cody Ford fined over 28k for illegal blind side block
njbuff replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If I’m Ford, I am NOT paying one f-Ing cent of this fine. If I’m the Pegula’s, I’m not paying either. -
Right now I’d say the Bills go heavy after 3 premiere FA’s................ Conklin Hooper Clowney Shaq being the only re-signee and call it a day in terms of FA. Then concentrate on the draft. And then fill out the roster with bargain-basement type FA’s. Finally, work on extensions for Dawkins, Milano and White. The Bills go into 2020 as one of the SB favorites under this scenario.

My Off-Season Primer: Position Group: RB
njbuff replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Remember, the Bills were in on a Drake trade, but declined, much the same as Clowney. The Bills can go a million ways to get RB2 this offseason..................... and a very effective one for sure. -

Bennie Thompson and Reyna Thompson were all time great ST’s as well as Tasker and Slater. -
Position-by-position analysis of Beane’s Statements

Don’t forget that the Bills were in on getting Clowney and if he hits FA......... the Bills will be BIG players for him. McBeane sees Clowney as a perfect fit for this D. -
Call your shot (2020 NFL Draft)
njbuff replied to Canadian Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Laviska Shenault or Tyler Johnson (Johnson is going to skyrocket up the charts) at 22. And hopefully one of those highly touted RB’s slip to the Bills in the 2nd round. Otherwise, the Bills might totally manipulate this draft and we will have no idea where they pick. -
The Bills were CLEARLY the better team, but they kept Houston in the game and the Bills relative conservatism caught up to them big time in this game. Ok, it happens, but I have two questions moving forward.............. 1. Does McDermott become more aggressive when it comes to stepping on opponents when he has them on the floor by the throat? 2. Is this that crushing learning experience that some teams go thru before winning a championship? Anything you guys can add to this?

Bills officially have pick 22 in the 1st round
njbuff replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
As of now............... The number one choice at 22 is Laviska Shenault, but if he is gone.................. Tyler Johnson will skyrocket up the charts in the coming weeks at would be a great get at 22 if LS is gone. But EVERYTHING will probably change up to draft day and the Bills will select a player at 22 who we never even thought of. -
Knox was the one that got a piece of Cunningham. But, any way you slice this, there were THREE Bills players out there to take out ONE Texans defender for a nice gain that would have set up the GWFG.
-
Worst missed blocked in Bills history. But Knox is young and is a heck of a blocking TE. Hopefully, he like the rest of the team, learns from this and advance forward.

Remember, all these other stud QB's have ALWAYS had big, fast, strong-hands, playmaking studs to rely on (most cases more than one) ................ Brady, Gronk+ Rodgers, Adams+ Mahomes, Kelce+ Watson, Hopkins+ Ben, Brown+ I could go on and on. Where is Allen's big time WR to help him out of (sometimes) bad situations. This is where the evaluation of Allen being a bad QB is TOTALLY unfair. He doesn't have Hopkins, Julio Jones, AJ Green, Hill and Kelce, Michael Thomas, Gronk, Beckham, Adams. This is also where the Carolina Panthers have failed Cam Newton, by not getting him a stud WR to rely on. Because of this, Newton's career is hanging on by a thread now. Let's hope Allen doesn't suffer the same fate as Newton, meaning NEVER having a true stud No.1 WR like MOST of these franchise QB's.

If Spain leaves they are going to have to slide Ford over to LG. Jack Conklin should be the big FA splash, if he is available.
-
If all else fails, here is a guy who is going to skyrocket up the charts and would be a great get at 22.
