Yeah, I have just mostly avoided it for all those reasons.  Seems to be a playground to just get ugly and push buttons with very little rational discussion.  Not everyone is devoid of rational discussion of course, but its definitely the minority there not the majority.

I am already being called things like stupid and stuff there from people who have yet to provide a single point about anything or answer a direct question I posed to them.  But to my surprise, one poster has engaged in a rational discussion that we are gonna continue through DM, so I definitely welcome that regardless if we have differing opinions.  So guess thats a small win for stepping into the cess pool that is PPP ha.  

Yeah I see Chandler is no longer a mod…interesting…wonder if he quit or got the boot. Was never a fan of his.

There's varying opinions on this debate...best to let people start their threads and the mods will close if there is too much duplication.  That blowup the other day with Reed when you said his thread was covered in yours was a good case in point...create what you want and try not to duplicate other stuff. Or try and come up with a new angle on the team (special teams ranking, "Guess first play from scrimmage", etc.)  I used to do "Guess the First Play from Scrimmage" every week for awhile and that's always fun. I give you permission to go for it!!  LOL

oh i'm not a slum lord lol.  these are all small houses in the middle of 750-million dollar homes. my houses all look fine and are in decent shape they're just all around 1000 sq feet and people want 3k plus.   but i know some slum lords man who do the section 8 thing...i could not deal with that *****.
