  1. That 1st drive was a work of art. We're peaking at the right time.
  2. I think he's just active. If he's healthy, he's great depth. He showed last year that he can play at this level.
  3. I'm seeing winds at 10-15 mph in the forecasts I'm checking. Is anyone seeing worse than that? That's not bad at all. If that forecast holds, I'm a 9 out of 10. With Watt out, if we can pass, I can't see us losing.
  4. If I never hear "the Bills are soft" again, based on this postponement - well, that'd just be okay.
  5. Pretty bad weekend of football so far.. I hope our game isn't the "exciting one."
  6. Bummed - I wanted the Cowboys in the SB.
  7. It would have been impossible to have a real game today. The talent on both teams would not have mattered a bit. They may as well have flipped a coin to see who would advance. So glad they moved it. This year seems like such a great opportunity. Probably our best yet to make a run.
  8. I've heard opposing fans bring up D-Day a few times over the past day. I mean....really? Comparing a football game to one of the most impactful military events in world history? That said - the tweet above is hilarious, and I didn't realize that about D-Day.
  9. Has there been any serious talk of moving to Tuesday? For the locals - what's the feeling there right now? Is there some confidence they can have a lot of the routes cleared by tomorrow afternoon?
  10. Agreed. SF is really the only team that I would say strikes fear in me. That team is built for a title - strong lines on both sides, great running game & WR's, well coached. It's the one team I feel like we'd need some breaks against. The Ravens are formidable, but I see that as more of an even match-up. Every other team is pretty flawed and beatable.
  11. Beating Pitt just became imperative. Really can't let KC coast to another AFCCG. And it's time to turn the narrative on that match-up in the playoffs.
  12. We all thought our division was gonna be loaded w/ QB's. Rodgers was out after 4 plays. Tua is just - average? And Mac Jones - well, I guess we never thought he'd be too good. The AFC East is the Bills division for the foreseeable future.
  13. Well, if we win - we'll finally get crybaby in Buffalo. I like that match-up.
  14. I mean, refs simply cannot do that. That was a GIFT. KC was stopped. You can't throw a flag on an extremely weak push on the QB. That was revolting. Just sickening.
  15. Is anyone else having a hard time w/ Peacock? Like, horrific?
  16. And yet, we were all sweating out that last possession.
  17. I think Miami is gonna win this. The whole country is like, "it's too cold for them." They may not be as good as advertised over the 1st half of the season - but this is not a soft team. We were lucky to prevail last week. I think they beat this soft, overrated KC team, no matter what the temp.
  18. Houston isn't scary. They're just good. I'd be fine if we matched up w/ them.
  19. The AFC is SO stacked in the QB position compared to the NFC. It's comical.
  20. We'll score 40 on either of these teams.
  21. I've really been giddy since this announcement. It's a whiteout tomorrow. I kept rationalizing that we're still the better team - but it would have been a weird game, where something flukey could have won it. Feels like we're back to having a big advantage. And this is such a good playoffs for us to go on a run.
  22. Man, some of the reactions out there are incredibly low IQ. The Bills, apparently, demanded that the league do this because they were afraid to play in this weather. And the league, of course, rigged the whole thing to favor the Bills, as they "always do." I worry for the future.
  23. Just checking some of the thoughts of Steelers fans online - they're melting down and saying we're scared of their run game because we want to play in better weather. But doesn't that mean that they're scared of our pass game?
  24. I saw a coach interviewed once - can't remember who it was - but he said the actual gameplan isn't some ongoing thing. They usually get it together in a few hours, and spend the rest of the week practicing for it. So, yeah - they get a bit more practice. But they also have to travel. It's not some huge advantage they'll have. And I'll take the trade-off as a fan. The shorter prep time wouldn't mean much if we lost a flukey game tomorrow.
  25. Steelers fans are NOT happy. They know the deal. They needed bad weather to have a chance.
