It's a good question - and I was thinking about that after the refs said they'd give a penalty. That announcement basically invited Fins fans to give Miami an advantage by throwing snowballs. I did notice that after the PF against Allen on the sideline, the players got pelted, and the refs didn't follow through on the warning - so maybe they realized that also.

Ike's return is big for us - we really need to improve the line as much as we can, and he's a solid player. My understanding is that he's off IR and could be activated any time.

I was just about to start a "snowballs" thread - but more to just express how friggin' embarrassing that was on national TV. We're not Philly. I know it was Saturday & fans were drinking, but that was just dopey behavior. We were lucky to not get a penalty.

He has some really good moments. But I also feel like when we get down in the score, Allen becomes kind of an easy button for him & the offense. I was really happy in the 1st half - JA didn't really run much, and it looked more like a balanced offense (we should have run a little more, but overall, it wasn't bad). Then once things went south in the 1st quarter - it was just about letting Josh make plays. Which, as we know, he CAN do - but it's too much for one player, week after week.

Allen is clutch - and we are turning the tide on those 1-score game results. What a game. The D stepped up when they had to. Elam had a great play there.

I remember being kind of freaked out before the WC game last year, thinking the cold would help the Patriots because the worse team generally benefits from bad weather. Man, did I love how the Bills approached that. They just embraced it, and thrived. By comparison, the Pats looked like they wanted to be in their homes & under the covers after a quarter of play.

Personally, I don't care. I don't want the Bills to be known for the "biggest comeback." I want them to be known as SB champs.
