I think we should play the game like I played Tecmo Bowl. I would kneel the ball at the 1 on a kickoff. I would throw a deep ball to Reed for a 99 yard TD or have him run the hook, break the tackle and go 99 yards constantly zig zagging. When I wanted Thurman to get his yards, I would get him at least one 99 yard rushing TD.

Yep. Taylor gashed us all game. Henry had 2 big runs...that impacted us a lot but most of the game, Henry was held in check.

I have concerns about our run defense but we are not anywhere near the worst. Watch other games. Most of the year, we were pretty decent against the run with a few games where we got gashed. The games where we gave up a lot were against 3 very good running teams too that did this to a lot of teams.

LOL, now you're rewording it "given the conditions". The result was we didn't score, except on the muffed punt and that was in the 1st. Josh averaged 4.1 yards per pass. We were 4-13 on 3rd downs. We had 230 yards total offense. NE only threw it 3 times and had more total yards than us. Our inability to run made us have to throw in a game where we didn't want to throw because of the conditions. But if you're not going anywhere on the ground, you have to make a change. If we could have run the ball like we did against the Falcons, we would have continued. We scored 10 points. Yes, outstanding lol. You mean they tried to run the ball when conditions made it very difficult to throw? Scottlaw will find anything, and I mean anything to criticize McDermott.
