  1. Yep. I’m tired of our offense not being able to score in the last couple of seasons. Have we ever cracked the top 20 in scoring?
  2. McD isn’t getting 15 more years to win it with the Bills. If its 15 years down the road, it won’t be with the Bills if he hasn’t won it. It will end just like Reid’s time in Philly.
  3. Pretty amazing we went 13-3 with a bad HC and two terrible coordinators and very little talent on offense and defense. I think it's a miracle.
  4. You dislike McDermott so much that you're glorifying Reid's playoff failures. It's okay to have concerns about McDermott but to say argue positively about Reid failing in Philly is an incredible reach. Peyton wrong, lying and no way in hell there's any truth to it. Sean Payton 100% telling the truth. Is this what you're saying? Sean Payton, the HC for a team that had Bounty Gate.
  5. Continuity is honestly a really stupid answer. They were 4-13 and 4-12 the two seasons prior. Why would they want that continuity? Not to mention them hiring David Culley the year before, who was black and wasn't an in house hire. Are you forgetting that? And if you bring race into it, you're saying they weren't hired based on the color of their skin so it doesn't matter if they were in house or not lol.
  6. If you poorly communicate in any position, you're going to have a hard time regardless of race.
  7. So ultimately, Andy Reid wasn't a playoff disappointment or something? Here's a fun fact for you. After that stretch of losing multiple conference championship games and the Super Bowl with the Eagles....Reid went 5-11 in the playoffs including a stretch where they were bounced out in the first round 5 times! Will you be happy if McDermott does this?
  8. We don't have to lean on spectacular throws and Reid gets these same spectacular throws with Mahomes. He is up there with Allen with the most wow plays. Lee Smith is not "just" a fan. He's a former player that understands play design and execution far more than us. Doesn't mean he's going to be right, he's projecting but he is far more knowledgable than your average fan.
  9. Continuity of losing huh? But lets not forget the main issue. You brought up racism as an option and Lovie is still black. David Culley, another extremely unqualified HC....also black. So if racism was an issue, then it doesn't matter what Bruce Arian said or recommended. Andy Reid sings Bienemy's blessings all the time lol. Is his word not good or something? You may not like what Whitlock said but is there not truth to it? The only way you can say there isn't any truth to what Whitlock said is that Culley and Lovie Smith were very qualified for the job. So I ask you, were Culley and Smith qualified for the HC job?
  10. What I find funny is that a lot of people will complain about the lack of talent on offense and how bad our offensive line is. I'm included. With this lack of talent and bad offensive line...we were 3rd in scoring. I had my issues with Dorsey as well but a lot of it was player execution. I'm not worried about Dorsey, I'm more worried about Frazier.
  11. You think it's realistic for a Owner to say "I am sure Bienemy could bring Super Bowls to us but I won't hire him because he's black." It's a production position. If you can produce, they will absolutely hire you. There aren't just two options and sorry, I don't think racism is one. Lovie Smith went 17-39 as HC of University of Illinois. He then becomes the Texans DC after being fired and leads a bottom 5 defense two years in a row. He gets promoted to HC! He was more undeserving than Nate Hackett lol. https://foxsportsradio.iheart.com/content/2022-09-30-jason-whitlock-why-the-chiefs-dont-respect-eric-bieniemy/ “The NBA, the NFL, all these live sports, all they are are TV shows. They’re no different from whatever your favorite TV show is right now. You know what they do on TV shows? They write people and characters in and out of the script. Eric Bieniemy, the alleged offensive coordinator of the Kansas City Chiefs, has been written out of the script. If you watched that Chiefs/Chargers game [in Week 1] Eric Bieniemy wasn’t discussed. Maybe I missed it, but if it was discussed it wasn’t discussed like it used to be. The whole Andy Reid and the Chiefs trying to promote Eric Bieniemy as the next great coaching legend, the heir to Tony Dungy’s throne, the heir to Vince Lombardi’s throne.. they weren’t talking about Eric Bieniemy. They weren’t flashing to the sidelines showing Eric Bieniemy pretending to call plays. Everything was about Andy Reid, Patrick Mahomes, and Andy Reid calling plays and running that team. Eric Bieniemy has been de-emphasized because they’re done with him. They couldn’t pawn him off on another organization like they’ve tried the last three years so they’ve written him out of the script. All of that is controlled by the NFL teams. Andy Reid, Bill Belichick, whoever; they get to tell and greenlight whoever on their staff they want the television networks to talk about or focus in on. For the last 2-3 years the Chiefs were having a concerted effort to try and promote Eric Bieniemy up off their staff and get someone to take him on as a head coach. It’s a very clever way of firing people… The media has spent all of these years, ‘OH, ERIC BIENIEMY, HE DESERVES A HEAD COACHING JOB!’ ‘HE’S THE GREATEST HEAD COACH!’ ‘HE’S GETTING SCREWED OVER BECAUSE HE’S BLACK!’ ‘IF THE NFL WASN’T RACIST…’ They’ve been selling that nonsense forever meanwhile the Houston Texans hired Lovie Smith off the scrap heap? Hired Dave Culley, a 40-year NFL assistant? The NFL has no problem hiring Black head coaches. I don’t care what you hear on tv about how ‘racist’ they are, race isn’t the issue, CULTURE is the issue. You plug all of these men into this emasculated victimhood culture that has been pushed on Black people. You don’t produce leaders that way, and that’s why Black men are struggling to get NFL head coaching jobs. Because they’ve been forced into a culture that does not prepare them for leadership. THAT’S Eric Bieniemy’s problem. It’s connected to the conversation we’re going to have about ‘The Woman King.’ Black people are living in a matriarchal culture here in America. A matriarchal culture does not produce high-quality Black male leadership, period, end of story. Either we can deal with that fact and correct it, or we can whine and cry, and call everybody racist, and say ‘OH, IT’S THE WHITE MAN’S FAULT…’ It’s OUR fault for maintaining and buying into a matriarchal culture. If you continue to be on your knees and be a beta male and a coward, eventually you’re going to get written out of the script. That’s what happened to Eric Bieniemy. Life knocked on his door and said ‘Eric, we did the best we could, we tried to sell you for three years, we got all the media saying you’re the greatest coach in the world, then you get in these interview rooms and everyone finds out you’re not built for leadership, and they won’t give you the job.' They literally tried to get rid of him this off-season and ended up signing him to another one-year deal. Now they’re done. They’ve given him all the welfare they can give him, no one would buy the fake product, and now they've written him out of the script.”
  12. It's pretty well known Bienemy isn't well liked by players, doesn't interview well and Reid runs the offense.
  13. Even if he doesn't interview well? Like he ***** the bed he should still get it? Lesean McCoy is very public about how much Bienemy was hated. I'm sure there is a lot of truth to that because it's also a common rumor. But it doesn't matter anything, he should just get hired?
  14. Tom Moore led one of the most productive offensive units for years in Indy. Never at any point of his career was he a HC.
  15. I know a company that every minority candidate they interview automatically makes it to the final round. It does not matter if they intend to hire them or not. If they meet the minimum qualifications, they pass them each round until the final round interview. I'm not saying that's what happened with Frazier, I'm referencing a completely different industry....I just wouldn't be surprised.
  16. Wow lol. If he's going to be the same guy next year, then he didn't pick up experience or learned things. WTF 😂 Yes you can grow in one year. You can grow during the season. You can grow in the offseason when you look back at film and study. I assure you, these coaches are looking at areas to clean up. We were #3 in NFL Offensive scoring this year. And this is without a good offensive line and # WR....I mean you of all people complain about or talent on offense. And with that talent, Dorsey led an offense to #3 in scoring with a second half injured Allen (who lead the NFL in red zone turnovers by a big margin). Dorsey had struggles this year but overall did a pretty decent job in his first year. We will be again a top scoring offense in the NFL next year. Bienemy's first stint as OC was Mahomes first year as starter. He was the running backs coach prior.
  17. This would be an improvement? “If we are going to lose in the playoffs, it needs to be at the Andy Reid level with the Eagles.”
  18. Sweet. Mike Mularkey brought BLAKE BORTLES to the AFCCG. Mike Zimmer brought Case Keenum to the NFCCG. Rex Ryan brought Mark Sanchez twice to the AFCCG.
  19. I agree. The Eagles DL also generated I believe the 3rd most sacks in NFL history and top 10 in defensive scoring....gave up 38.
  20. I think the more senior officials make something like $45,000 per game and over the course of a 17 week season....
  21. There's no one within 10 yards of Davis here. I mean this is pretty easy too. We have wide open plays too. You don't become a top 3 scoring offense continually if everything is always difficult. Splitting hairs again. Reid is absolutely a better offensive mind right now but lets not be hyperbolic.
  22. If McDermott continues to lose in the postseason like Andy Reid did, he will eventually get fired and then immediately picked up by another team....just like Reid. By saying Reid had more success than McDermott after being a continual playoff disappointment is splitting hairs. Every criticism that Reid got, McDermott is getting now. I just don't like the "McDermott isn't doing in year 6 what Reid is doing in year 24". Some people/coaches/players peak faster than others. McDermott disappointed this year. Reid did it continually for years and finally got the monkey off his back a few years ago. Now he got his second one in his 24th season. He's a great coach that improved from his first stint and also got Patrick Mahomes. We have Josh Allen. Allen has outperformed Mahomes in the last 3 meetings, including the playoffs. We know what we need to fix, lets see if we can fix it. I'm down on our coaching staff right now but not writing them off. Right now McDermott and Reid have had similar starts to their careers. We just hope McDermott gets us over the hump faster.
  23. Why does this matter? Does that mean more or does him taking 23 years to finally win it mean more? If Sean McDermott was 1-4 in Conference Championship games and that Super Bowl appearance was a loss....would you have wanted to keep McDermott? This is what Reid did in Philly.
  24. They aren’t preachers, they’re entertainers.
