We did draft two offensive players with our first two picks. Also signed another FA guard who is playing well. We did a good job with our offensive upgrades. Something is broken though.

We didn't even need our offense to be great to handle the Giants, Jags and Pats. When you have a healthy offense, you shouldn't be relying on an injured defense to win us games. The offense should be picking it up but instead but instead, they're depending on the defense.

That would make 10 in 3 weeks. Which isn't absolutely terrible but not our standard.

The defense certainly sucked against the Pats so they need blame. But the offense has been awful the last 3 games. 19 ppg in the last 3 games is not anywhere near our standard. We went from not punting to probably punting more than anyone in the league in the last few weeks. We can't even cross midfield on any sort of regular basis. Our offense isn't injured like our defense. All of our key contributors are playing and we are struggling.

After the 4th quarter collapse against the Colts, I was seeing "Fire Reid" a ton.

The ones who understand film study are going to tell you a lot of this is on Allen. My feelings have been that too. I agree with @Coach Tuesday....he's not prepared on game days mentally. He's winging it. He's winging it hard and giving everything that he has but in the NFL, especially at QB, that only takes you so far. If Allen called for this players only meeting and its true he hasn't been putting in the preparation, I hope that means he starts putting in more time. This is all a guess, I have no idea what was said in the meeting but I just hope people are called out.

Yes but he wasn't an MVP candidate. Jimmy G and the word unstoppable never belong in the same sentence. If he was unstoppable while healthy, he would still be a 49er and making a TON of money. But instead, he was let go and traded up for Trey Lance. Lance is injury prone, it doesn't mean he was playing at an MVP level when he was healthy.

It’s because they never played a higher level organized sports so they don’t understand it. Its the same people that say “I have a herniated disc in my back and I still go to work why can’t these NFL players?”

Purdy going just 2 weeks ago was the MVP front runner. He needs to start getting more credit.

The offense is going to have to string together multiple, like 5 straight games of either good to great play to earn the trust back. Defense is just going to have to hang on until, Milano and Jones can get back. Still haven't heard anything on Milano so I guess that means there isn't knee damage? So its possible he gets back by late December if it's just a broken leg. If Jones can get back, I will start having hope. We are so bad up the middle behind Oliver and Jones and it's killing this defense. Settle and Ford seem to be okay in a rotation and in spots. When they are taking the majority of the snaps, it's terrible.

Shakir is sneaky quick in his routes. He does have a case of the drops as well but at least he can give you more in route running.

I wasn't concerned after the kick yesterday. It was on target for the first 25 yards and then a gust pushed it literally 10 yards to the right. The ball was like a MarioKart driver making a quick right turn.

I don’t think Allen is disinterested, I think he’s lost confidence. We saw him jittery in preseason.

Things look terrible now but just remember we were 7-6 at one point in 2021. Beane either needs to make a call for another DT until DaQuan gets healthy or he needs to swing a trade for a WR. Behind Jones and Oliver, they are terrible. Did not see that coming. I thought Ford was going to be servicable and thought Settle would somewhat of an impact. Our offense looked good with Jon Brown and Emmanuel Sanders as the #2. We are lacking that. I’m not as worried about slot because I think Kincaid showed he can be trusted. Should have been earlier but it’s out there now. Gabe Davis doesn’t take pressure off of Diggs. Diggs is constantly doubled and Davis doesn’t win his match up often, except one type of play. Davis needs to go back to #3.
