I think indefinitely means they are leaving the door open for a possible return this year.

I don't want either one of those. I would feel equally as in the dumps without Oliver.

I know I keep on brining up JJ Watt and was returned to practice right around 60 days after tearing his pec...that probably is unusually fast. But he tore his October 26th and returned to practice December 19. DaQuan is 3 weeks ahead of that and I would be thrilled if he was back by week 15 or 16. But maybe wait until the playoffs.

If I had to guess. It would be Cam Lewis coming in before Norman if Jackson or Benford go down this season. Elam was a major problem.

There might not be a better DT playing right now that Jones. Jones has been insanely good this year so far. I'm not talking career, I'm talking to the beginning of the season. Maybe because it's a contract year, who knows. But as great as Oliver has been this year, Jones has been every bit as good and maybe even better.

If anything, he deserves an extension because next year is Von’s last year for sure and we need youth.

I can’t believe you simply don’t understand the simplest concepts. Both offense and defense have equal amount of opportunity to effect TOP. Our offense had the opportunities every time they touch the ball to have long sustained drives but they didn’t. They themselves are the reasons why they didn’t hold the ball longer. How is this seriously so hard to understand? I simply am flabbergasted.

Not necessarily. I also think McDermott is very honest. He didn’t put down a timetable for a reason….its because he doesn’t honestly know. If they were for sure done, he would tell us.

They did not out coach us. It took them until the 4th quarter for them to move the ball against us with any consistency. 4th quarter for a defense down 8 key players and the remaining players hobbled or exhausted. If Dorsey had 11 points in the 4th against any team down 8 key players on defense, you would be cursing him and McDermott.

Are you seriously this level one sided? TOP also is due to the offense. Did you know if you don’t have to punt, you get to keep the ball longer? Are you really not aware of that?

Why would we trade for a MLB? Why would the Ravens trade Smith after extending him in January? You know the Chiefs struggled against the Jags in the United States and healthy. They struggled against the Jets. The Eagles went to OT with the Commanders. A team we beat by 34. They also struggled with the Vikings, Bucs and Patriots. The Patriots might be the worst team in the NFL. The only team that is playing very well consistently is the 49ers. There isn't an AFC team that has shown they are dominant.

I was pretty upset with that call. McDermott must have felt our rush wasn't going to get there at all. But I also think it made it completely predictable. We could have called the blitz play ever but it wouldn't have worked because Jax knew it was coming.

The Falcons defense had healthy players. It wasn't just the talent level, it was exhaustion. I don't think you saw Eli Ankou playing a significant amount on the edge because one DE is exhausted, the other one coming off the field and another on a pitch count....not to mention the other 2 starting ends were out.
