  1. I might but probably not....there is enough free info out there and I actually like seeing the view from sources like NFLN that cover the whole league. Sure I get tired of Dallas and NYG talk at a disproportionate rate than the Bills but I like seeing what is going on across the league and not solely from the perspective of Buffalo.
  2. Supply and Demand.....they will be able to..... This is just going to be a weird season, some will see it as a "competitive disadvantage" for some teams to have 13,000 fans and others to have 0. The NFL is going to generate every dollar they can in revenue even if there is some perceived imbalance. You can pump in 80db or something anyway. Not sure how much 13,000 fans can really influence anything one way or the other.
  3. This is a good deal for Dawkins, he is very likely to see most of this deal. I am ok with that as a fan from what I can tell. The guy has played 48/48 games in his career, that is hard to do in the NFL. He loves Buffalo and seems sincere in his desire to get better and help this team achieve something. He may not be the best LT out there but in a couple years the contract will look like a good deal for a LT and he can still get better. He seems to genuinely want to improve.
  4. Without public money nothing will happen I don't think. The Fanbase in WNY is not as wealthy as other communities so ticket prices will have to stay on the cheaper side.
  5. It will be Newton unless he gets injured....
  6. The Frank Reich myth lives on forever. He was a career backup, a professional for sure, someone who could be relied on. But think the likes of Brian Hoyer in todays game, not saying they are the same player but they are both players you might want as a backup, not as a starter. I remember people openly discussing if Reich should play over Kelly.....nonsense then and now.
  7. With the expanded ps and ability to keep more vets on the ps this will be a chess match. I agree with others the bills will not keep two punters on the 53. Edwards maybe a ps candidate. Two kickers is possible. I think bass will get scooped up by someone if you waive him. So I so t think ps is an option there. Haushka will also get scooped if they waive him. So the move may be to keep a different vet on the ps that otherwise would not be active.
  8. Lingering for an entire week or so. Do we have any feeling in the severity, have the Bills said? Even if they are not saying they are telling us things with their actions or lack there of. Maybe they need a corner but Logan Ryan probably not the guy.
  9. Not sensitive at all. How ironic. I am sure there are some sensitive fans who got their panties in a bunch over it. But most sensible/knowledgeable fans understood what that was about.
  10. Anyone who was paying attention to the nfl and his on going contract dispute knew where it was directed my friend. There was no question friend
  11. He flipped off the Seahawks management not the fans
  12. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5tBYB88MPA Does not look all that difficult for an NFL player.....he short armed it. That still stings when I think back on it.
  13. Trent Edwards did not change after the concussion
  14. A bunch of 20 somethings pumped with testosterone and woman come easy. This will be the cause of COVID outbreaks this year. Whether in a hotel or guys out chasing. I don’t think it can be stopped A bunch of 20 somethings pumped with testosterone and woman come easy. This will be the cause of COVID outbreaks this year. Whether in a hotel or guys out chasing. I don’t think it can be stopped
  15. would the bills then be destined for bankruptcy?
  16. I understood the concept. I get it network tv would have something each week. But there would be lost revenue. Not all weeks will have the best matchups. Also the whole concept is just that , a concept. You still gave the possibility of outbreaks canceling games.
  17. The NFL will take every revenue dollar they can generate....no way they just give up half the games...sure an eventuality is possible that the season gets killed.
  18. yeah exactly, people on the radio were making it sound like free money.....the Bills are in a good cap position next year, pushing Star's money til next year is not advantageous.....but it is what it is.
  19. BMI is not a good metric, it is known to have issues when people have a lot of muscle mass. Using it on the the NFL population has next to no meaning.
  20. Not infatuated at all. Not sure why you are saying that. There are a lot of ways to look at the impact/data and depending on what your point of view is you can find data /articles to support it. Deaths is one number that is probably fairly accurate. The data is not complete. We live our lives with risk all the time but we do t say it. No one says there is a x% chance I will die lornget seriously injured in a car accident on the way to work or y% chance I will die or suffer a major health event of a cold or flu. But there is a chance we all know that we live with the risk of it is small enough. With this new virus we all have choices of how much risk to take.
  21. The post you quoted asked legit questions that had points that went unanswered. I guess calling someone a Karen and a clown is insulting but when you have a post that I responded to that was off the wall, uncalled for and from a stand point of higher intelligence and a better moral position (both of which are not proven either way) you can expect to to have insults unless you think I should just take that stuff with no response. Sorry, I will defend myself but I will also add snark and sarcasm are hard for people to receive in a forum, in person there would have been smiles and maybe a legit dialogue but on the internet everyone is a tough guy.
  22. I don't think he did, that was an impossible question for Fauci to answer and not have to "get political". Its a complicated issue, Jim Jordan is great interrogator for things he believes in. Jordan knew Fauci would be able to answer yes or no but berated him anyway to serve his agenda. That stuff happens all the time in those hearings. Should protesting for what people believe are ongoing wrongs being committed have to be on hold because there is a pandemic? I would not participate and the rioting is wrong period, the police have shown a lot of restraint while getting assaulted during all of this. But change is happening as a result.
  23. You take it seriously but this guy takes it more serious so he is better than you and and his opinion is better than yours. He knows.... “ask any physician”. 96% of deaths from Covid are over 45 years old. There are risks and there are always risks in life. If this blows up they will do what needs to be done but the nfl will get as much revenue as they can until that time. Some of the coaches are the ones more at risk and they all need to make a decision for themselves. And anyone with family members also matter that is why they are allowing opt outs. With what is happening in MLB I have doubts about the nfl season. It is a virtual guarantee some games will get cancelled and they can’t do a double header later. So you can have a situation where the bills play 13 games the jets 12 pats 14 etc and you just go by winning %. People won’t like it but like I said the nfl will get whatever revenue they can.
  24. I asked a question and speculated. What do you think an Internet forum for a sports team is about? Jump down my throat I will fire back. Want to have a calm “thoughtful” conversation? Let’s do it.
