  1. Not sure right now for myself but I think it depends. If we were to knock this thing down, get back to "normal" over the summer and see no significant flare ups I think the answer could be yes for many. But it seems increasingly unlikely that will happen. But it is hard to know right now, even scientists dont have varying predictions.
  2. Probably because it was something he can make 5M dollars in a year doing. Even if he thought he was done, its hard to turn down the money, what else can VD do to make cash? There are not that many 5M dollar a year jobs out there. And don't think he is the the exception to sign a contract at the end of their career knowing they are not likely to play much, it happens all the time and is one of the things GM's need to think about/consider when signing guys.
  3. They could create some and they could get one at a bargain one year deal at some point. Neither have a lot of options.
  4. He signed his one year contract that did not allow him to be tagged one day. The next day his house went up for sale. Yeah he knew.....so glad it became reality.
  5. Who was the “punt catcher”. Watson?
  6. I think for the worst draft choices you can't just go by if they worked out or not and consider the information at the time of the choice. For that reason Maybin jumps out to me, he was known to have a small body and a poor choice when the Bills selected him. The Bills were fooled by some where he weighed 20 pounds more than he ever did before or since. People called it out right away as a poor choice mainly due to his size and all that became true. JP Losman was not a bad choice when the Bills selected him. Trent Edwards in the 3rd round, not a bad choice, he had a lengthy NFL career. Those guys did not become "franchise QB's" but at the time they were selected they were not bad choices.
  7. Trading Peters was so terrible. I remember the old Bills forum when people thought he owed the Bills to play on a cheap deal cause the Bills "discovered" him.
  8. It should for sure but at this point if you take anything trump says seriously you need to get checked out.
  9. So it is no longer true the Bills play at 1PM on Sunday. There have been years that every game or every game but one has been 1PM Sunday.....nice to get some national attention. At the same time, I am not an early bird and staying up for Sunday and Monday nighters is not my favorite thing but I will do it for the Bills. Normally I am out by halftime.
  10. I was a kid, I went bowling, throught for sure the score was backwards.
  11. Mow my lawn. Keep it clean! I always loved his trash talk on the field. Have not been tuning in though. I can’t stand Irvin.
  12. Murphy seems like a great guy but he is mediocre as a broadcaster, same with Tasker. I listen on occasion because they do talk about the Bills in real time as things are happening. Tasker says some weird stuff sometimes. The One Bills Live comes of as amateurish.
  13. I really think they are more scheme than individuals on defense. Guys who have flourished in NE have not necessarily played well elsewhere. Chandler Jones is an exception. Lets wait and see, they are not a bottom 5 roster and will be in contention win 10 or more games. People handing the division to the Bills might be disapointed. There is reason to be more optimistic but people also underestimate the Jets.
  14. Great talent, but no emotional intelligence to speak of...total clown in my opinion. Could be a Tanneyhill/Mariotta type situation but it would have to be cheap for the Bills to be interested.
  15. It might have an impact, some people may stay away our of "an abundance of caution". But they will likely sell their tickets to others who dont care. We need to see where we are in May...let this thing play out a little bit..at some point I think the world will get back to "normal". But at the same time I am sure this will have a lasting impact.
