I think so. Hasek was the best the NHL had to offer. The Sabres built a ***** team around him and never went for the brass ring. IMO, Allen is the best the NFL has to offer. And each year that passes not only are they not going for the gold, but their roster talent is declining. McDermott=Ruff. Two coaches that are average to above average that greatly benefitted from having the greatest player in their respective sports.

Josh Allen is starting to remind me of Dominik Hasek trying to drag those mediocre Sabres teams across the finish line.

They’re 6-3. They’ll likely make the playoffs and lose in the first two rounds. And if they don’t make the playoffs they’ll point at injuries. Like I said, I’m fine with moving on from Beane and McDermott but the likelihood of that happening is extremely low.

Wish in one hand and ***** in the other and see which one fills up first. If anyone really believes Pegula is going to fire either Beane or McDermott after this season, even if they don’t make the playoffs, you’re nuts. And I’ll add I am good if they move on from both. But it isn’t happening for the foreseeable future.

I’m not absolving Brady. However, we all know they have absolute horse ***** at WR and have for the past two seasons. They’ve actually have had success with that horse *****. A lot because of Allen. But I’d like to see this offense with higher end weapons. Hell, they run 3 tight end formation a lot. That is not good. Not when you have Josh Allen as our QB.

I am not judging Brady with that slop Beane and McDermott have given him to work with. Cripes. It truly is an awful bunch.

You’re right. We don’t need a wide receiver. We need multiple wide receivers.

Beane needs to be cut loose at the end of this season. The roster has regressed and he has failed the best player in the NFL and the team in general. How long do you get when Josh Allen is your QB? There needs to be an expiration date when you’ve had this long and the issues we are seeing are there.

Right. I mean, Waddle is a good, injury prone player. He just has #2 written all over him. A player we could certainly use but a #1 for him is a steep price, IMO. The problem is he would be our #1. I believe we need better.
