I really don't want to play Baltimore in the 1st game, I think we can beat any other team but them. Baltimore is that wild card team that has a great defense and strong running game. Lamar Jackson is more of an upset QB, he could have an amazing game but will follow it up with a turd.

I feel like the Saints really screwed us with the Kumerow signing, there is no FA out there that will know this offense. Kumerow's size, speed, blocking and hands were a good fit in case somebody went down with a injury. I actually like that he slides, he usually slides when he has 2 or 3 guys looking to lay a big hit on him and nothing to gain. With the rules the way they are in the NFL giving the advantage to offense, I would rather have him healthy for the long haul. I have really only see him slide like 5 or 6 times this years and they all seemed like the smart move.

I agree, if they would’ve brought in a better QB that fit in that quick hitter system they might still be in the hunt. Newton seemed like the wrong fit right from the start. If someone asked me who is the complete opposite of Tom Brady I would answer Cam Newton in less than a second. Newton has maybe one potential job after the Patriots release him and that’s being Lamar Jackson’s back up. In that offense he might even be somewhat successful.
