Mortal Kombat II. There was a period of time when I was the arcade attendant at the local bowling alley and had the keys to put free credits on the machines.
Before that I used to play Pigskin quite a bit. I was never that great at it, but it was a fun game.
If I'm being honest here, the whole clapping this is really turning me off. Especially when he claps for penalties that go against the team and other stupid *****.
Maybe there's some truth to this, but I would also argue that good teams have less to overcome because they're not getting flagged for ticky tack plays left and right.
You just answered your own question. The coaching staff needs to shoulder some of the blame, especially the play calling at the end of the first half and the safety challenge. The officiating also played a big part in the outcome.
I really hope something comes of this. Unfortunately, I'm sure it will be a Hughes fine and nothing else. There needs to be accountability on this horrendous officiating.
In addition, blowing a call is human..it happens. We all make mistakes. However, blowing several in a game should be cause for review and some type of corrective action.
