  1. Benford and Jackson (Elam if he can’t go) Dodson starts at LB is my guess.
  2. Diggs is always the first read, and should be. TE is often the second read, they just aren’t running very deep routes yet.
  3. We have 4 DL on pace for 10 sacks and currently have 6 healthy DEs.
  4. According to Spotrac, these are what you save with cuts: White - 6m Hines - 5m Morse - 8.5m Hardy - 4m In 2024* Hyde is on a void year, he won’t be under contract but still getting paid.
  5. Im sorry, but these x-player commentators need to stop coming out on TV and publicly trashing current players in such unprofessional manners.
  6. You have 3 disagrees, but it’s true. All the Swifites (people crying over what could have been) also hated him here. His vision was terrible.
  7. He’s done both 👍🏼
  8. I like how the practice squad a low key stash for semi-retired players
  9. Bills currently have 4 guys on pace to have double digit sacks.
  10. I also can’t recall him having 2 sacks! At one point he was credited with 1 and splitting another with Bernard, but they changed it. 5.5 is crazy, he’s on pace for 18.5
  11. Normally I’d agree, but I’m pretty sure the DB who won is a very small CB
  12. Those are apples and orange's. Jefferson is the bigger, stronger WR who took it out of a smaller DBs hands who was trying to catch it instead of trying to knock it down. Diggs is bigger than that Jacksonville DB, the way the landed and rolled on the ground the DB had the leverage to come away with the ball the instant he would have needed to.
  13. It’s the way they landed. Yes it’s on Diggs, should have completed the catch, but the way the CB landed he had all the leverage on the ball, Diggs had none. Pure luck for the CB.
  14. I get that, but he knew the scheme and would be depth here. If Benford/Jackson go down do you really want Engram or Norman on the field?
  15. Anyone is available for the right price!
  16. Levi Wallace is a name to watch.
  17. Releasing Von Miller doesn’t do anything for the cap unfortunately.
  18. You cannot, ever, compare a team to a year prior and expect to get any kind of insight for how the current team is performing and how the season will map out. There are millions of variables, these teams don’t have much in common with each other. Folks also need to finally realize their opinion doesn’t equal reality.
  19. I think it may be a very safe assumption that a combination of White, Hyde, and Poyer will not be back next year. If the first 5 games are an indication, Poyer and White are likely. The “core” of the defense won’t be gone, because it has already changed. The new core is being led by Oliver, Groot, and Milano. Hyde is still in the group, and every week it looks more likely that Bernard and Epenesa will also be joining.
  20. Thankfully, the front 4 isn’t just 4 who have been playing at an incredible level
  21. Also, when Tre White popped his Achilles, he was announced the next day as out for season. That hasn’t happened yet for Jones OR Milano, so hold out hope as we wait for the MRI. I get they likely are out for the year, but there is a chance they aren’t. Surgery doesn’t necessarily mean season ending. I’m an optimistic guy, you all know this.
  22. Bills signed Floyd, Ford, and Rapp for insurance purposes. Losing Jones sucks, but that DL is playing lights out right now. Poona Ford/Tim Settle are going to have plenty of 1-1 situations, they only need to be solid with Oliver, Floyd, Groot and AJ playing at an elite level. Shaq and Jordan haven’t been slouches either. Milano is a huge loss, but Dorian Williams was a 3rd round pick and OLB doesn’t have the same heavy responsibilities that MLB has if we see Dodson. CB is a concern, but Dane Jackson is a proven capable CB and Christian Benford looks to be the same kind of player. If the DL can maintain their elite play it will take the pressure off the very young LBs, CBs, and aged Safeties.
