    Definitely, we know if he’s suspended under the PCP and we release him, we are off the books for 2024’s guarantees. I wonder if it also voids ALL of his guarantee? I believe his 2025+ dead cap is 15m.

    An affidavit isn’t though, that just came out and details what he’s accused to have done. If she has injuries consistent with her story that are supported by medical staff, Miller is done. At least in Buffalo.

    I would assume guaranteed money is the would be “dead money,” so if he’s suspended under the NFL’s PCP, the cap room just went up. I think it’s a pretty safe bet we don’t see Von again this year.

    I would speculate if there is a police report (which there must be for a warrant) that confirms injuries, he’s done as a Bill. Only question is whether or not NFL suspends him. Sounds like even if it’s one game, if it’s against the PCP Bills can void his guarantees. Otherwise I think the team eats the money and moves on.

    Yes, he would just need to be on the roster until he is officially suspended. IF he’s officially suspended.

    Or a restructure to bring Knox’s cap hit down. It isn’t has brutal as most think.

    Poyer and Hyde, IMO, are done. They may have 1-2 solid years left but this secondary needs to get younger and more athletic. If we move on from McD (who just signed a 3-year extension in June) some familiar faces go as well.

    You’re not going to want to restructure Miller IMO. Kicks the can down the road, his dead cap numbers will be massive if he have to move on from him.

    I’m not trying to sound like a jerk or anything, but there are levers and buttons at Bean’s disposal that we don’t know about. There are also contract details we don’t know about. Things may not be as bleak as they appear. Teams know how to manipulate the cap.

    Odds are Bills still need to eat most of his dead cap even if arrested (which isn’t likely with mega star pro athletes facing DV). If chargers are dropped and it just looks bad, like it’s obvious he paid her off and she dropped the charges, Bills could cut him but would still be paying him. Obv if guilty, cut him. Ramifications don’t matter.

    NFL truly doesn’t care about DV, and it’s common that charges mysteriously get dropped. So this will come down to the Bills and the moral code based off an investigation

    AJE, stop signing old players for good money. Well he has 15.5 as of right now…

    How can you “put it right on him” when you don’t know what direction he’s running? Gabe broke towards the pylon right as Allen threw the ball. If they knew a zero blitz was coming, then yes ultimately it’s Brady’s fault, but Allen and Davis take blame too. Those two have had a bunch of miscommunications like that.
