Then design a playbook or series of short plays specifically for this where everyone who's in the play goes no more than 15 yards, it's really that simple. I'm also not saying take the long plays completely out but this trying to air it out 15 times a game just isn't working any longer.

I'm not really sure where your going with this, there are so many options on this team.....Harty, Knox, Harris, Cook, Diggs, Kincaid and Davis. Can you imagine the quick passes Brady and McDaniels in NE would have done with those weapons? Can you imagine what Mahomes/Reid would do with all of them at his disposal. I still have no clue why we have to get 25 yards a pop, dink and doink down the field, wear defenses out, utilize every weapon at your disposal, Dorsey is clueless and i guarantee if it's long ball again all season long it's game over, teams now realize we are force feeding Diggs, it's time for 6 yard passes to Harty and make him earn his paycheck, same with Knox, Kincaid and the rest. I was so dissapointed when we completely stopped throwing to Harty, isn't he supposed to be able to take passes to the house from anywhere on the field with his electrifying speed?

The only point you made that I have a problem with is Ken Dorsey, I gave him the benefit of the doubt last season because he was a 1st time OC in a brand new offense but he's had a whole offseason and training camp to improve his craft but it's exactly the same. Rewatching the game and dissecting it it's almost exactly the same, when you can clearly see that Allen is struggling, why have him throw the long ball, no TE screens, no RB screens, Harty looked like he was going to be huge in this offense catching the 1st 3 and then he didn't catch a single pass. Allen played like ***** correct but Dorsey did absolutely nothing to help the guy out. If pressure and the OL aren't holding up then taking 15 seconds on go routes is just stupid and I feel like we have no chance with him at this stage but that's just my opinion, it's the 1st game of the season so he obviously can change things up but if he doesn't it will be exactly the same under Dorsey as last year.

The first game is always wacky to be honest, these guys haven't played in a long time, top notch defense, this game isn't the end all be all but if the entire season is like this then you may have some merit.

I'm on the bandwagon, I just don't think Dorsey is right for this offense unfortunately, he isn't ;earning from his mistakes.

What is this garbage offense? It was looking great with short passes to Harty/ Kincaid/Cook/Diggs now everything is back to the long ball.... No screens, no creativity, if this is what the offense is going to look like all season it will be more of the same. We started off great, 2 screen plays to Harty, how about some design screens to our newly drafted TE or Knox? I know this defense is top notch but there is no excuse for these long balls on every play.

Harty, Kinkaid, Cook, Davis, Diggs and Allen is taking all these very unnecessary hits.

I don't know I'm feeling really good about this season, we needed to fix the OL and I think we did that enough to keep Josh Allen alive (Hopefully), defense looks much improved with the additions of Poona Ford/Leonard Floyd and we get our guys back somewhat healthy (fingers crossed on Hydes health this season), I think we have more than enough fire power on both sides of the ball to make a run again this season imo. The 1st game of the season is always wacky so I won't get too high or low regardless.

I mean he hadn't played in over a year until that point and from what I've read about the situation it got into his head that he would reinjure himself every time he would go out there so he was tenative (That is what I gathered from it not his own words). He seemed much different in the few times I saw him in preseason but it's always worrisome after an injury to players of his caliber. Like you said though if we can even get an upgrade from last season (which I think is a given imo) then we should be golden there.

The jets are flying high right now, this would be a perfect time to put a whooping on them and bring them back down to reality and I think it's setting up to happen. The OL for the jets is a hot mess, we saw what Rodgers was when we played GB last season and we need to do more of the same.

I really love hearing stories like this.... Parcells just seems like a stickler, amazing to read of his generosity also especially for those struggling. It's too bad we don't read more about these types of people.

Man the last time I had Spectrum i was paying almost $140 6 years ago, I pay $72 for Youtube TV and I've never had any channels in that time period taken away, not 1. There has been 1 price hike for me and it was recently when they got the NFL deal (from $64 and some change to $72 and some change).

It's not like he's been terrible, last year was his 1st season starting opposite Diggs and put up 48 REC, 836 Yards, 7 TD, 1 Fumble, 9 drops (for the record Diggs had 7 drops last season). Davis was 11th in the league in yards amongst WR 2, Tied for 5th in WR2 TD in the league. Add in those 9 drops and I bet he's well over 1K yards and a TD or 2 as well. I expect him to be a force this season.

Really? I truly think we're going to destroy the jets and make an example of them. They are the shiny new toy but what they forgot to do just like in GB is protect Aaron Rodgers, that line will get exposed and Rodgers doesn't have the legs anymore. Watch him when we faced GB, it will be more of the same!
