I think it's a must imo, need a QB in this league and we don't have one. The Eagles and Rams I'm sure aren't regretting trading up for Goff/Wentz.

It doesn't matter, we will be giving our two 1st rounders, a 2nd rounder this year and our 1st next year to the NYG and were selecting QB Josh Rosen, he's who I had for us all along and that's who I believe we'll be going after, I hope so anyways.

I think people forget Robert Woods got a 5 year 34M deal, 5M base salary and 3M roster bonus, 8 M cap hit. 15M gauranteed. so I'll say Sammy goes for 10M base salary, 6M roster bonus for a 16M cap hit, 25M gauranteed and there is not a chance that the Rams won't resign him.

Do you honestly think this whole staff and Rex Ryans staff didn't think of passing the ball more? Unfortunately our QB will not take a chance of getting the ball picked off so he won't throw it to a guy who isn't wide open, we do that against the Jags and he'll get killed, best bet is to run it down their throats, many screen passes that Tennessee killed the Jags with in week 17, what does this team have against screen passes?

I personally don't think he'll be on the team next year. We'll draft a 1st round QB and sign a veteran, If Dennison stays as OC then Tyrod does not fit his system at all.

If the scouts and GM have identified a franchise QB, I'd be expecting GM Beane to move up and draft him.

I think the only player that would make sense would be Deangelo Williams, he can catch out of the backfield and is a fit for this offense, Banyard may know the playbook but he doesn't offer the play making ability of Williams. It was like Leveon bell was still on the Steelers roster when he played for them.

Rosen looks like a pipedream, he'll be in Cleveland. I think Darnold will go back to USC, if he doesn't I think the Giants take him. That being said I think Lamar Jackson can be a difference maker, he had a bad bowl game with the 4 INT, but he also threw for 1 TD and ran for over 150+ yards and 2 TD. He has the arm, the legs, will need to beef up in the NFL but he can be a difference maker. I like the moxy of Mayfield but I like the full body of work from Jackson, he's gotten better each year with his accuracy and standing in the pocket when the play isn't a designed QB run.

No need for call out threads, we're all here for the same team, 17 years of losing made us all nuts but we should all enjoy this together. It's been 17 freakin years men, Bill Clinton was our President. I agree with the OP, although the BBMB had a bunch more members, it was always bickering, the mods gave out infractions for the weirdest stuff. No need here as most of the posters although we may not agree on everything at least will state why they don't agree and give their own opinions instead of calling you out. It's a breath of fresh air here, great job by all involved.

I don't think he meant not resigning his own free agents but he mentioned specifically that he's not a big splash guy, he does make trades though as we have all seen. I personally think the 1st rounders and our next years 1st will be used to move up and grab a QB this year, it's just a gut feeling. Getting a solid DT has got to be a priority I'd think, I'm not sure if they'd want to invest 6-7M into a DT when they can get a rookie 2nd round for what 2M-3M and you get that for 4 years? I don't think that's incompetent at all, I'd rather see the Bills invest along the OL spending the FA money on a RT, RG or C because all 3 need to be upgraded.

Beane stated in his press conference that he doesn't make many big splashes in free agency, I'm going to take his word on that.

True he did but both were rookies when he worked with them, Luck hasn't been the same QB without him and Ben is a future HOFer but Arian's imo was instrumental in Bens success when he was younger and worked to all of his strengths.
