  1. Well thats just a load of horse ****, he had better escapability, and that's about it.
  2. Funny, all the Brady hate, nobody mentions an "*" next to that first Superbowl Win Ben Got... That was Steelers D, and Refs that won him his first Bowl... Sorry, Ben's not my type of QB, glad he didn't fall to us... Rather have a drought than a sexual predator.
  3. Apparently not... Apparently every QB should be like Brady and be able to win even without his weapons like Gronk... People have been grilling Tyrod all year. I still say about 20/30% of the blame falls on his shoulders, the rest was on Dennison and a lack of skill players, both at WR and RB (behind Shady obviously, no #2)
  4. Yeah, he nows how to pay hush $$$ with the best of them... Oh well, looks like his TIMES UP.
  5. Welp, I'll stop talking **** now... I wanted that stadium empty by the end of the 3rd
  6. Pitt just got to beat up on a bad division, and conference in general... Over hyped, Ben is vastly overrated as a QB, always has been. He's only as good as his skill positions... Two meetings at home vs Jacksonville and they can't even keep it competitive.
  7. This team needs help everywhere... I hope backing in to the playoffs doesn't allow them to think certain guys are "good enough". Cap room and draft picks, I expect many new faces on both sides of the ball.
  8. TacoVilla in the 1st round of 2020!
  9. I get it, and maybe its because I haven't seen more than Jags highlights this year, but I'm just not sold on them as a 9 PT favorite when their "home field" is essentially a neutral site. Plus they are hobbling in to the post season on back to back losses, last week being a truly pathetic offensive showing. All you ever hear about is "who gets hot in December", Jacksonville is the polar opposite right now. Speaking of "polar", I think this deep freeze and unprecedented weather they are experiencing is an omen of things to come. Winter has come to the South...
  10. Blake Bortles is still their QB... Idc if he has had moments where he has looked decent, he's still Blake Bortles. I have no idea how Buffalo is a 9 point dog in this one. Has me a lil' worried I have the homer glasses on a bit too tight.
  11. It couldn't be both? Most issues, especially complex ones, aren't so "black and white". It would be my guess that there is both underfunding AND a misappropriation of funds. There is obviously no easy answer or solution to the mess the USA has created out of its educational systems, at all levels. The prison system is a huge problem, and obviously not to blame directly for the currents status of many of our nation's schools. I think people are just approaching it with the common sense approach of - if we spent more laying a better foundation, then we can spend less on incarceration.
  12. I feel decent about their odds even without Shady (call me crazy), but yes I would feel much better with RBs who have a proven track record of success, and both had a knack for finding the end zone here... If the Jags D has a "weakness", attacking it with a strong running attack would be it.
  13. I just can't believe this the same team had insanely productive backups like Karlos and TD Mike, yet we now have to sit back and watch them play the biggest game in 17 years with a guy who has ZERO NFL TD's leading the way (or at the very least, taking meaningful snaps even if Shady can go)... The ridiculous lack of depth at RB has been really my only major complaint all year... Somehow Jonathan Williams has been good enough to take up a 53 man roster spot in New Orleans, even if he hasn't been active.
  14. An unfortunate reality persisting in the inner city schools throughout the country. Under funded for the under privileged, yet we just expect everybody to rise above their circumstances and break the cycle. His comment was spot on too, All this money going into building these privately funded jails/prisons where a good % of these children will end up in once the public school systems fail them... Bills Fans aren't made of $$$, but I would love to donate to Aaron and his cause... Good on you Mr. Maybin.
  15. So nobody else kinda feels like even though the drought is over, the curse lives on???
  16. Eminem released "The Slim Shady LP" Home Improvement, Frasier, Boy Meets World, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and Beverly Hills 90210 were still airing new episodes "Livin' La Vida Loca", "Baby One More Time", "Genie in a Bottle", "Mambo No. 5", "I Want It That Way", "No Scrubs" and "Bills, Bills, Bills"(coincidence?, hmmm) were amongst the years most popular songs NAPSTER was BORN The second Harry Potter book was released American Pie debuted in theatre, and thus coining the phrase "Milf" for generations to come Family Guy, Futurama, and Sponge Bob DEBUTED The Blair Witch Project and Phantom Menace happened, meanwhile The Matrix revolutionized filmmaking... It was still WWF... The Euro was created Lance Armstrong wins his FIRST Tour De France Joe DiMaggio, Gorilla Monsoon, Rick Rude, Owen Hart, Wilt Chamberlain, Payne Stewart, Mel Torme JFK Jr & His wife (along w/ her sister) passed away Tim Duncan, The Admiral and Greg Poppovich win their first NBA Championship Mariano Rivera is named World Series MVP as the Yankees Sweep the Braves For those in high school at the time - JNCO Jeans were peaking in popularity, for god only knows why...
  17. I think he can still get the job done with Lewis, and the other guy... He's came up pretty big for them once or twice
  18. They still have Burkhead, Lewis, & White. Brady has shown in the past that he is fine with going run heavy when it's working, and he's been killing it with screen passes and underneath stuff since Kevin Faulk.
  19. Really? That makes no sense. Past regimes have overpaid Mario, Marcel, but they won't spend roughly the same on a franchise QB? k....
  20. Well this one comes from a school that's actually known for producing a quality football player, or two, so hopefully it's a perfect mix of "brains and brawn"... I doubt it though, but eventually this team has to hit on one, don't they?
  21. People still think $6-$8 Mil is a big amount against the cap? Plus with the way contracts can be structured and re-structured... Yes, keep him if he falls into that price range. I feel he is a little better than Woods, but the injuries(on top of being a late acquisition) really cost him valuable timing in building chemistry/timing with Tyrod. If he isn't re-signed, not the end of the world, but at some point we should have a decent WR group here in Buffalo.
  22. Cordy will be moved for at least a 3rd in the offseason. They couldn't deal a "franchise LT" in the middle of a "playoff push". Unfortunately Dennison came in doing his best Wrex Ryan impression and felt the need to overhaul a blocking scheme that had produced a top 5 rushing offense for THREE consecutive seasons... It would be nice if this front office could hire some competent coaches who know how to work, with what works!
  23. I think we will consistently see this regime draft the BPA at positions that typically cost the most against the cap. So (in no order) QB (until they hit on their guy), WR, CB, DE, OT will be the positions drafted more heavily than others, as you can sign top tier LB's, G's, RB's, etc for significantly less than the previously mentioned positions.. Purely speculating.
  24. Tom Brady has 16 TDs and 2 Ints.... None of the Pats recent "struggles" have ANYTHING to do with him, not even remotely. He has shown no sign of decline. Even then, TB at 80% of his peak is better than anything Jimmy Garrapalo will ever be. Niners got fleeced. Pats backups never do anything worth while in the league when BB cuts ties, going back to our buddy Drew... Bledsoe, Cassel, Mallet, Hoyer, Brissett, now Jimmy... JG hasn't shown any potential to really get excited about, not sure how he warrants what will be a top 40 pick. In short, I call all sorts of BS on these "rumors." Week 17 JG will start for the Niners and get eaten alive, while Hoyer starts for the Pats and has a career day bc the Pats have the AFC locked up by "old man" Brady, 2 weeks prior.
