McDermott is good at lying the ground work and keeping the team focused and together. i think his defense is slightly becoming more outdated and he needs to drastically work on his management skills. you cannot fire coach after year after year. Whether it be defensive coordinator in Frazier, OC in Dorsey, or whatever ST coach there is. Granted these guys needed to go, but still need better stability and judgement. you can do much worse than McDermott, yes, but fear of moving on isn’t why anyone should stick around someone for a long time. especially if the results aren’t changing. He needs to get to the AFC championship with this healthy roster at minimum to keep his spot for atleast one more year.

If the bills aren’t fired up and playing like maniacs this weekend after all the pro bowl snubs, media scorching of the run defense, and general ball washing of the ravens, then this team never had a set to begin with. However, I know for sure the offensive line and JA17 are pissed off and aren’t going to let us down.
