Not completely true. Running actually builds bone density in the legs. Yes you do need to be careful and not over train and yes you do need to get proper rest and wear proper running shoes. If you aren’t smart with it and stay in tune with your body, then you will hurt yourself. otherwise, I picked up running during covid cause I had gained weight when the gyms closed. so now I run ~5 miles a day and I lost nearly 30 lbs. I was 185 during the start of summer of ‘20, and now I’m 157. (Im 5’11)

Yo Virgil, your last point about McD is spot on. He has lost his cajones or authority. Like, the dude benched Tyrod for PETERMAN. That’s putting a foot down for the better or worse. Players were put on notice for a while. Now there’s almost no accountability and that’s why penalties occur more often than not. IMO, McD hasn’t learned how to handle or maintain success as a leader yet. He got the team to the AFC title game, but not to the super bowl. He’s doubting himself. McDermott has to make one more step to become a GREAT coach, and that’s to turn this ship completely around, win out, and represent in the Super Bowl. That’s the current standard. If he doesn’t deliver a Super Bowl Appearance by next year, he’s out imo. Josh can win with anyone. He does need an offensive line though.

hes changed the 'culture' but now he has to do some self-reflection and make the next step as a headcoach, and that is to be able to make adjustments to when you have been exposed. theres a formula to beat his team now. he needs to switch things up.
