I'm not sure the money will be there for a sweet TV gig after this (and as one-and-dones, not sure anyone would offer)... maybe a lobbying job? -

Since I have Gary on ignore, I will quote you for context... Goodness knows these totally spontaneous impeachment rallies that were planned weeks ago, all saying the same thing, all in #resist cities, prove that the American public wants President Trump impeached! I wonder how much these sheeple "protests" cost 'em?

I am still scratching my head trying to figure out what these goobers think they are accomplishing giving these interviews... hoping for a sympathetic jury? They are almost all attorneys, worked with attorneys and/or have attorneys representing them (I would hope). You would think someone would have have told them to STFU ohhhh ... a few years ago. Certainly as soon as they realized they were under investigation, or when they were fired, or when the OIG report came out, or when.... Stupid idjits, the lot of them. "Best and brightest" "elites" "our betters" my Aunt Fanny.

Someone needs to pick that man up for an endorsement deal or two (even if it is just local). -
<.snip> THEREFORE, the Court ORDERS that the government shall, no later than January 10, 2020, inform the Court in a sworn written submission of what it has done, and plans to do, to ensure that the statement of facts in each FBI application accurately and completely reflects ... </snip> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, pursuant to FISC Rule of Procedure 62(a), that the government shall, no later than December 20, 2019, complete a declassification review of the above-referenced order of December 5, 2019, in anticipation of the FISC' s publishing that order. In view of the information released to the public in the OIG Report, the Court expects that such re view will entail minimal if any redactions. Rosemary Collyer is done playin', apparently. Tough to find out you were in on a soft-coup you didn't even know about. I do wonder what exactly Congress plans to do about all of this?

So, even though the charges were fabricated, the FBI admitted there was no crime, and this man has been used and abused by a punitive system for years, he is hosed? And, because he pleads guilty, he cannot sue the government for any reason, correct? So, he is broke, had his reputation shredded, and there is nothing this poor man can do about it? I wonder when Trump will pardon him?

This article is a hoot! .... There has been no permanent ambassador to Ukraine since career diplomat Marie Yovanovitch was forced out in May following attacks in the right-wing media and critical comments from Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani. ... and the smear campaign waged against her by Giuliani and his associates have been central to the impeachment ... ? Anyhooo posting for the leave-date. Top U.S. diplomat in Ukraine to leave post at end of year Bill Taylor testified at the House Intelligence Committee's inquiry into President Donald Trump's hold on military aid to Ukraine. </snip> The timing of Taylor’s departure was expected but it is unclear if he will leave before Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s planned visit to Ukraine next month. Taylor will depart Kyiv on Jan. 2, according to a person familiar with his plans. Trump has castigated diplomats who testified in the inquiry, calling them “Never Trumpers,” and it’s highly unlikely Pompeo would set foot in Kyiv until Taylor has left the post. </snip>

I went to see Jumanji: The Next Level last Thursday because Mmmm Dwayne Johnson. ? It was fun, but my husband actually liked it a lot more than I did. My son and I have tickets for Star Wars. I had no desire to see it but he pulled the old, "You've seen all the rest of them at the show..." so, it is our holiday movie time this year. He and I go to see a movie together every December, go to lunch, and do some Christmas shopping, IOW we make a day of it. Hubby was a firm "hell no" when we asked him if he wanted to see it.

I never see any local sports figures when I go to Hutch's (or Tempo or Remington Tavern). And I agree, Hutch's is wonderful.
