Kneel Down Game: Final Nail in McD’s Coach Coffin
LABILLBACKER replied to Thrivefourfive's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well if that is true, and I don't think it is, then this organization is in more trouble than we thought. Fans can always protest with their wallets. -
Kneel Down Game: Final Nail in McD’s Coach Coffin
LABILLBACKER replied to Thrivefourfive's topic in The Stadium Wall
I didn't see Andy Reid burn any of his 3 timeouts on defense before Josh hit Gabe on what should've been the game winner. McD runs a game like a confused child. Timeouts give him a chance to think.- 136 replies

Which WR prospect will the Bengals screw us out of?
LABILLBACKER replied to DrDawkinstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
We have to....we already have no WR2 and Diggs is approaching 30. Josh's prime years start now! We're going to need multiple wrs over the next 2 drafts. Harty, Hines and Sherfield are as good as gone. Shakir looks promising but we have no idea what we have in Shorter. The time to strike on young first contract wrs is now. Hopefully it starts with Odunze!! -
The AJ Brown OT catch was a fumble!!!!

Joe Brady on the Allen/Davis Miscommunication
LABILLBACKER replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall
Exactly...straight go route...no cuts Yup, he's already taking more accountability on one play then McExcuse has in 7 years. -
The only OC Bill would bring with him would be McDaniels. At least Bill would find a way to stop an opposing offense in the 4th quarter. He wouldn't tolerate Beane and he'd make the picks which would be a disaster.

Joe Brady on the Allen/Davis Miscommunication
LABILLBACKER replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall
Thank you....at this point I don't want Gabe involved in any deep blitz plays. This team has more reliable options. And I don't care how many people step in and take the blame. I'm convinced in a "blitz 0" you don't have time for routes involving cuts. It should've been a straight fly and turn around. And that's what Josh threw. -
We're Going To The Playoffs. (edit: Updated - Super Bowl)
LABILLBACKER replied to Doc Brown's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree. We lose to KC and the season is over. The team will check out and McD will be done at season's end. Maybe keeping Dorsey was a blessing in disguise as it will expedite the firing of a coach that should've been gone after 13s. -
Constipation. This one got stuck in my digestive tract.

I remember how angry I was after the Giants game. Even though we won it felt like a loss. This game had heartbreak written all over it after Hochuli did his 10 penalties to 1 act. We had so many opportunities to put them away only to watch conservative McDufus open the door for Hurts and his coaches. If we lose to KC, I'll be rooting for McDermott's immediate firing and as high a draft pick as we can get. -

The league doesn't care. We're a very small market team that's relatively inconsequential to the shields greater objectives. Not even the marketing of JA seems to help anymore. We'll always be chasing calls v the blue bloods. -
It's been 50 years since the construction. You'd think the statute of limitations on Indian burial grounds curses would expire by now. I'm starting to believe the "shout" theories.

WGR Topic: McDermotts Mt Rushmore of Lossess'
LABILLBACKER replied to boyst's topic in The Stadium Wall
He's a mediocre defensive mind who fall back on his safe blanket zone. But once the 2nd half begins, opposing teams (coaches) easily know what to attack. His decision making abilities are terrible. -
Tomlin was always worlds better than his William & Mary buddy. He always fielded defenses that were capable of 4th quarter stops. Other than Taron's pic6 and Milano's int v KC, name me 1 big defensive stop his team has made since 2019......crickets

Interesting options by the OP but I'm only bringing Beane into my office. I've seen enough mistakes by McD to realize he's never changing or self correcting. If we lose to KC next week, the season will be over. I immediately fire McD and put Brady as interim HC. Babich as DC. Then tell Beane to prepare me a list of the top 3 available offensive coaches. Ben Johnson, Slowick, Brian Johnson or even Harbaugh. Consider them all as best for Josh. I'm no longer putting the defense first.

That's the one I've heard the most along with the Flutie curse. But it had to happen before the 90's. I don't deny we're cursed. I just can't pinpoint the source. We've been cursed to never have even 1 elite HC. Sorry Marv....nice guy like Sean but better coaches absolutely schooled you like we see now with McDufus.

I want Odunze badly but knowing our luck he'll be gone. Coleman is my 2nd choice. Our first pick must be wr. -
Ed was a horrible ref and his spawn is just as bad. Stick Hochuli at the top of NFL officials willing to screw Buffalo.

Shaq & Jordan Dumb & Dumber Want them both gone

I want to hear from the owner if my HC is costing us games.

Gabe Davis Miscommunication Plays this season
LABILLBACKER replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
Pretending Gabe was ever a #2 WR was as ridiculous as pretending Edmunds was a 1st round caliber LB. It's like the coaching staff wanted to "wish it" into existence. I guarantee you Stef wouldn't have planted his foot and cut left. You don't have that route or that luxury on a 0 blitz. Josh had to chuck it and the call is straight fly and turn around. -
8th late-game defensive meltdown this season
LABILLBACKER replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
Why do you think Reid fired his ass. He's got issues and he's rarely willing to call man press. Not even a little. He's easy to plan for. His guys had zero boundary support on that game winning drive last night. -
Gabe Davis Miscommunication Plays this season
LABILLBACKER replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
No don't blame Beane. Blame the guy who hired Beane and who calls all the shots in the draft. You know the guy, he insists on going heavy on defensive busts. I think his name goes McSomething. -
8th late-game defensive meltdown this season
LABILLBACKER replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don't need to see anymore stats to confirm the train wreck that McDermott and his 2nd half defense is. This dates back to 2019 and the blown 16-0 Houston game. Sean's time in Buffalo is over. McD loyalists have no more spins to weave. It's over, he's awful and must be replaced immediately with a dynamic offensive coach. Thank you for trying Clappy but you don't have the coaching chops.
