You have to wonder if McD was preemptively sacrificing Frazier, or at least separating himself to save his own skin down the road, when he said it’s “Frazier’s defense.”

Our defense always seems to come up short in the playoffs

Tre is definitely not Ronde Barber. I would entertain some trade offers. It’s all about Josh now. Noting is off the table. -

Welcome aboard! The entire scheme has to go and I’m not sure how that happens without firing McD. There will have to be an ultimatum. McD needs to be “hands off” the defense entirely or we’ll get the same result next year. Josh will come first over the coaches. They are no longer safe. Its either change the scheme and hire a new DC, or be fired. I think he knows it too. -
The Colts eventually hired Dungy to add toughness on defense to win a SB. The Bucs hired Gruden to fix an anemic offense and then went on to win a SB. A similar decision will have to be made in Buffalo after next season if no changes are made sooner.

How many chances does McDermott have left?
Governor replied to Igotbills's topic in The Stadium Wall
No one is going to hire Frazier but we’ll likely wait a bit before we fire him. I feel bad for the guy but he can’t be here anymore. -
Honestly what do you do moving forward?
Governor replied to Milanos Milano's topic in The Stadium Wall
I would get rid of Milano also. -
The fans will demand the firing of Frazier and a new DC may not value Edmunds all that much.

If we roll into next season with Frazier and this soft “Indy-like” scheme, we’ll get the same result. We need to make a Tony Dungy-like hire in the off-season, like the Colts.

Provide you(r) own Hot Take Monday [edit]

Frazier did what he always does, folds in big games. Guy sucks. -
So, as a moderator, you’d go as far as saying that was brilliant playcalling by Andy Reid that won that game as opposed to terrible defrnde down the stretch? Josh realized tonight on the bench that the defensive staff isn’t good enough and won’t ever be good enough because Frazier is the biggest choker in modern nfl history.

I have to agree. They brought no pressure towards the end. Frazier is and always will be a perennial loser.
-
We lost this game on cute defensive playcalling. That’s Leslie Frazier’s MO.
-
You can’t be great with Leslie Frazier as your DC. This is what he does. Do you think that Andy Reid doesn’t know what Leslie Frazier does? LMAO

Which team would you want to face in the Super Bowl?
Governor replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall
Cowboys would be the “freshest” game. Lots of young talent. The 90’s are back baby! -
Bengals look pretty average. I would love that game at home.

We aren’t sure. My gut says no. You’re no longer vaccinated without a booster. Basically, the kid with Trumper parents that decided to host Xmas came back to work sick after the new year, then lied about being tested, infected the girl up front that he’s interested in, infected the manager who hates him, and now the girl is really sick at home because she’s high risk. All of it was totally preventable. Sick? You need to keep your ass at home. If that we’re me, I wouldn’t show my face around there again but I pull in this morning and there he was. I made things difficult for him and he went home after lunch.

What the Haak was he doing???
