  1. Based on all the Pre-Season predictions I think if anyone said Patriots would lose division to Buffalo on Week 1 lose to Miami tie-breaker. You would have been laughed out of building for giving Nee England that much credit.
  2. But those two actually steal Touchdowns away from Rodgers.
  3. They won’t be…but New England fans should pretty content. they split the season series with buffalo have the same record probably will make playoffs with the 5th QB selected rookie in the draft. Go back to August… 11-6 with Mac Jones. 1.) who wouldn’t take it 2.) who would believe it They are ahead of schedule by most team narratives.
  4. Rushing/Total TDs is interesting stat to consider. considering other teams have QBs/Red Zone Running Games that do not require their QB to do it themselves. Packers get near the goal line…they Have 2-3 Capable Hogs to plow that rock home. Where most teams hand off…Buffalo gives it to Allen. Not sure Guys like Brady or Rodgers get penalized in voting when their running games poach TDs.
  5. In a very dark, cynical, diabolical alternate reality… …if you were a Head Coach and had your division locked up. Is there a scenario where you would actually want to have all your best players test positive now…and then you never have to worry about it again for remainder of 2021/2022 Season? That is horrendous to think about. But that is the f***ed up loop hole I see.
  6. It’s not. But as long you look at Pro Sports as more Entertainment (like a unscripted reality show) and less super serious athletics…it might help?
  7. 😂😂😂😂 no interpretation needed. I mean I didn’t create the narrative that Allen is a Flopper. You google it and there are many videos and articles all about his added “gamesmanship” going back to the Ravens Game and 49ers Game Snd now you can add the “head-butt” by the Saints guy. the ref is right there and is thinking “ummm 17…your head snapped about 2-3 seconds after the Saints guy got in your face. That’s now physical contact works”. It should be instantaneous. 😂 “Time to go back the huddle 17.” it’s not a huge deal. Many NBA stars employ the flop. allen has been called on it before. If he can trick the refs into throwing the flag then better off for the team. But when he does it so poorly it just looks ridiculous. And if his blatant flops make the refs less inclined to call real penalties then it becomes a problem.
  8. Yeah, but it doesn’t. Hence why phrases like “Home Field Advantage” exist and other things of that sort.
  9. You have to earn the right to “complain” to the refs and expect it to have an effect. Thats the psychological or gamesmanship of the league/human condition. Certain players get certain calls based on who they are and what they have done. Others need to do a little bit more work to earn that privilege.
  10. Home Field Advantage Overall around the league really isn’t a thing anymore. 2020 regular season, home teams went 127-128-1. 2021 as of November 8, home teams were 65-70. home teams lost all 3 Thanksgiving Games Bills are 3-2 at home.
  11. I’m not sure about that. in 2019 and 2020, Allen almost perfected getting “cheap” roughing the passer calls. He was masterful at, scrambling to his right, throwing the ball off-balance, and if a defender just put a hand on his shoulder pad, he was flinging himself to the ground and drawing the Roughing the Passer. Its not pretty to say… But Allen is sort of a Flopper. And a bad actor at that when he does it. it had me laughing when the Saints defender talked to Allen face-to-face and suddenly Allen SNAPPED his head back like he just got a brick to the face. 😂 Now…should some hits on him draw yellow? ABSOLUTELY. But again…some things working against Allen. 1.) He’s Big (like Cam Newton, Refs aren’t always bailing out the big ones.) 2.) He may have a little reputation as a Flopper. 3.) He has that “b*tc*ing” to the ref after every hit mentality that probably isn’t going over well. At this point…he’s not working the refs particularly smart or effective.
  12. Ohhh McDermott Still trying to bury his own demons 🤦‍♂️ but stay humble. 😂
  13. The tigers are Rams, Bucs, Packers, Ravens. only teams with the ability to both pass AND run and defenses that can rise up and bring the intensity. everyone else is some level of good but held back not being multi dimensional.
  14. Bears will be a Prime Team in an optimal spot in 2022. no better time to go to bears than 2022.
  15. I will do zero research and simply go by what Tennessee Titan team officials have told to members of the media. they say they expect him back and to be ready to play. that is what we are going off of.
  16. I think… they are going to be well fed and get very fat against all the rookie/back-up/3rd stringers at QB they will face all season. and then seem very normal against the well balanced veteran QBs they will face. good news…they really won’t face a Qb Like that until January.
  17. So back in 7-8 weeks? @ Rams - Loss Saints - Win Texans - Win @Patriots - Win/Loss BYE Jaguars - Win Window to return @Steelers 49ers So Titans looking at 10-3 when he gets back. Not ideal for them but he should be ready for January.
  18. JA17 gonna have some prime matchups to bring his stats up to the leaders…plenty of time… but as of today… Matthew Stafford is really head and shoulders in front of the others.
  19. Oh no I’m pretty fair. I eye roll and grab the vomit bag when a defender sacks a QB and does his celebration despite his team being down by 25 in the 4th or any other player.
  20. yeah I get that. years of being the doormat and now the Prime Team in the league has a lot of fans releasing decades of pent up emotions. and JA17 is the perfect conduit because he feeds and plays to the fan base in just that way. actually…they all do…which someone in the PR Department needs to be commended for that establishing and maintaining that agenda. Personally Muppy…I just respond better to players and coaches who are authentic both on and off the field. Be consistent. you wNt to flex in a blow out or run up the score fine…but the contradiction of being the “humble” team just is a little too much BS for my meter. Appreciate the friendly response. 😊
  21. Flexing in a blowout. just seems…beneath the player and franchise. But that’s what feeling inferior does. never liked chest puffers in none chest puffing situations.
  22. Only the negative stuff triggers me to speak up about. I don’t really comment on much stuff that is positive because it’s all good and there are enough folks who do that already.
  23. Is it classless? I won’t go that far. is it eye rolling ? Absolutely. Especially JA17 “flexing” after the score. I mean…how big is your inferiority complex?! but that has been a staple for this team for a few years now. no different than 2020 when Allen and Bills were dialing up Deep passing routes and keeping starters in in blowouts in 3rd/4th quarter games. Also the reason Diggs and Beasley were injured for AFC Championship game. so i expect them to continue to do it. Fulfilling whatever psychological need or whatever they are lacking. just hopefully it doesn’t burn them like it did in 2020.
  24. He is a threat to another QB (who we know so well) spotlight. simple as that.
  25. Oh AJ, AJ, AJ…AJ!!!! You might be the new dude in the locker room… but your still expected to learn the playbook to bro. oh well…next time.
