  1. The defense had one bad game, and everyone panics. I have pointed out earlier this week that I think they should free up Allen more. I think they should play Singletary more. I agree the offense could be better. But it is astounding how many people overreact based on one game. They stunk last Sunday. Fine. Odds are they won’t this week.
  2. I am pretty sure of two things: 1. If they thought he'd be an upgrade, they'd have him on the active roster 2. Few if any of us here have seen the kid play, so it's puzzling why we think he'd be the guy The coaches said it's fundamentals and screw ups on that which caused the problems this past Sunday, and that they can address that this week. Let's hope they're right.
  3. Let’s band together as a group and get the Bills to have my daughter sing the anthem. She sent her audition tape in but no luck yet.
  4. They are saying it was fundamentals and they know what needs to be fixed. We’ll see if they get it fixed Sunday. My bet is they do. Plus my understanding is Star plays the one tech spot.
  5. It was fine til this past week’s game. They indicated there were some fundamental breakdowns that they’ll address this week.
  6. McD thinks Star is giving him what he wants. This may be shocking to some here, but McD knows a helluva lot more about NFL defense than anyone posting on a message board like this.
  7. Schedule. Blah, blah, blah. This time last year people were saying the schedule this year would be tough.
  8. I thought they might go for a DT, was hoping they might pull a trade for Atkins. But no way Beane is giving up high round picks. Never thought Green was an option; older receiver with injury issues. onward
  9. Stop drinking whatever you’re drinking and go to bed
  10. Is it that Foster has been hurt, or that Foster needs to fix his attitude? seen comments both ways.
  11. Yeah, there's a guy on this board who would take him just for that, because he'd rather see a Bills QB throw for over 300 yards than a Bills win. Da Bears have to take a look.
  12. Oh, so it’s just a word that gets you all pissy? What if they call it something else? Successful organizations do this. Call it process, call it culture, call it whatever. And successful organizations drive that concept every day.
  13. Young Qbs have ups and downs because why? They're young QBs. Look at Darnold and Mayfield this past week. Not very good. Young QBs need experience, good coaching, and they need to work at it. Allen is working at it. He has positives and negatives like any other young QB. He could use some better calls IMHO. I think they need to take the chains off and let him go; started a thread on that yesterday. He still isn't adept at reading coverages, he (at least the last couple games) has not done that maddening thing where he throws back into the middle of the filed. Needs to quit fumbling so damn much. They all will have ups and downs.
  14. So still can't answer a simple question: Name any successful organization without a successful process in place.
  15. Missed this week. My bad. Tell me: did they win this past week? Because, as you say, to win Super Bowls you have to win games. Or is he more like your wish, you know. Have the team lose so long as you get a certain number of yards? I admit when I'm wrong. I was wrong there. You, on the other hand, simply refuse to answer a basic question: name me a successful organization that does not have a process in place to be a successful organization. Defense wins championships. You said it right here. Here's a poem for you in honor of your flip flopping: Roses are red Violets are blue I'm not schizophrenic And neither am I
  16. Check out last year's Super Bowl. Oh, and by the way since you crow about Jones here's his stats. You lied about him having multiple 300 yard games. 2019 Pct Yds TD Int Sck QBR 10/20 vs Cardinals 62.9 223 1 1 8 78.6 10/11 @ Patriots 48.4 161 1 3 1 35.2 10/06 vs Vikings 55.3 182 1 1 4 65.9 09/29 vs Redskins 74.2 225 1 2 0 78 09/22 @ Buccaneers 63.9 336 2 0 5 112.7
  17. Good and bad. Honest to God you have no clue how the NFL works, do you?
  18. Yes Super Bowls are the goal. You get that by winning. And you have now said you’d rather see the team lose
  19. You've shown the board your true colors. You'd rather the team lose.
  20. To say the Niners and Rams have had immediate success is ridiculous. They had a number of bad years that let them draft guys like Donald and Goff, like the entire front 4 of the Niners defense, etc. The Rams more than the Niners have gone all in on FAs, we'll see if it works but they are forfeiting their future for now.
  21. Well, this pretty much says it all, doesn't it? You'd rather have your team lose. That's great.
