  1. thanks for taking the time to explain and the haha was more to do with the rule then your explanation.( removed)
  2. A J McCarron's ceiling is still unknown at the NFL level and his college achievements are as good If not better then every QB in the 2018 draft class in my humble opinion.
  3. By dropping your face do you mean just leaning forward because the more parallel to the ground a player becomes which happens on every play the more impossible it becomes to keep your head up. I'll ask again and its a simple question. How is a player suppossed to dive forward to make a tackle and keep your head up? You can't answer it because it can't be done just like theres not a thing a defender can do when he goes to make a tackle and the ball carrier adjusts his flight path at the last second.
  4. yup, On a side note : A J had a 5 to 1 TD to INT ratio (77 TD, 15 INT) and a 162.5 combined QB rating in college.( 3 Championships ) Peterman TD to INT ratio 3 to 1, Allen 2 to 1
  5. Every tackle will be open to interpretation, To make matters worse the what could be unintentional penalty also gets players ejected.
  6. I agree, McCarron shows good pocket awareness/ moves well , but isn't looking to run the ball.
  7. Its practically impossible for a defender to make a tackle because his fool head gets in the way, I agree, the last thing football fans want is another way officials can control the outcome of a game. ( on every snap ) Tell me how a defender is supposed to dive forward and make a tackle the way you suggest
  8. McCarron can equal Taylors game management skills in my humble opinion red.
  9. Not mobile, hmmmm Are we watching the same guy?
  10. A J has allot of big game experience at the college level and has always handled them like another day at the office IMO.
  11. I could be wrong , but thought Astro was a member of BBMB
  12. thetruthhurts sometimes... Consistency...
  13. Every 1st round draft selection at the QB position is unique in the style O that was run at the college level, the supporting cast, the caliber coaching, and opposition they faced IMO. Every rookie QB destination is also unique making it a case by case decision on the best course of action to follow by way of development in my humble opinion. My reservations of starting Josh Allen early on has much to do with Allens supporting cast/Oline protection Buffalo can provide combined with the new Offensive system installation.
  14. 3 QB's with less then a half dozen NFL starts combined, absolutely
  15. What I find interesting is what ESPN calls QB confidence rankings If I remember correctly has Buffalo ranked last in the NFL. Yet from a Bills fan perspective I'm of the impression the Buffalo Bills have done an outstanding job in an attempt to upgrade the position. Fan of all 3 signal callers...
  16. I'll even say 99.9%, but hey , who's counting thats not to say Josh Allen won't start writting his own book, breaking long ball records and becoming the next superman of the NFL. Step aside Cam... ...there's a new kid on the block...
  17. Amen and period to that John
  18. Awwww shucks, hate it when that happens...
  19. Jim machine gun Kelly was also of the gunslinger mold IMO.
  20. Allen is fearless when it comes to making any throw. I'm not hating it...
  21. The new coaching/ O installation along with the Oline reconstruction would make starting Josh Allen early on risky business in my humble opinion 26. Young QB's with sub par protection are more likely to develop bad habits IMO.
  22. Do you honestly think TC or preseason against vanilla Defenses is going to give Buffalo anything concrete to base an opinion?
  23. This helps make my point. Being a huge fan of the QB position and now our very own possible future superstar of the league in development my biggest concern is how well can we prepare, protect and support him which are 3 big question marks at this point IMO.
