9/23/24 GAMEDAY Bills vs Jaguars MNF PREGAME THREAD
Buffalo716 replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
I saw Trevor at the elite 11 years ago and he was already north of 6'5 He's a little sinewy but he has a great build for a quarterback... He has a lot of room to actually put on good weight -

1,000,000 Jaguar fans is definitely hyperbole -
Do you know if bellenfant was on scholarship at the University of Alabama or a walk on? I mean either way having Alabama interested in you and making the team is amazing.. but I've been wondering if we got a scholarship Alabama kicker or a guy who walked on and made the team As a scout I should probably know that but Alabama kicking prospects is not really in my wheelhouse

I had a good time when I saw the rolling Stones there but I didn't think it was anything really special Western New Yorkers certainly don't want to foot the bill on a 3 billion dollar downtown stadium -

For sure ... I just remember the guy at the hotel I was at giving me a recommendation for a restaurant I walked around the block to the restaurant and it was closed LOL they do have a lot of places that open at 5:00 for dinner though but not open during day... I was also there Sunday Monday which seems to be their slow business days and some other businesses don't even open up Pittsburgh is very nice though.. but so is Buffalo -
The whole didn't want to tackle in the run game is the biggest Make-Believe storyline that bills fans created He literally played with a broken wrist and a club on his hand and still tackled... He literally had a collision with Eddie Lacy so big it knocked both of them out of the game.. Eddie Lacy was a 260 lb running back He is the only corner in the NFL who would smack him head on.. and he knocked them both out Maybe trying to play like a linebacker changed his mind and made him become more conservative at times

I was in Pittsburgh multiple times the last couple months and their was closed businesses and restaurants downtown or just weird hours Businesses that close by 5pm.. restaurants that didn't open till 5:00 or closed Sunday Monday Buffalo's waterfront might not be the nicest in the country but downtown and surrounding Buffalo has a lot of stuff going for it.. Pittsburgh does also have a lot going for it as well and is also going through a revitalization and has bigger businesses in the city But downtown Buffalo has great mom and pop restaurants, boutiques, breweries, bars and more as well and downtown Buffalo is bigger and open later -

He was at a world class strength and conditioning program at Texas If he couldn't even put on 10 or 11 lb in years there.. he probably only has 5 lb he could add to his frame with an NFL strength coach He certainly doesn't have 20 lb to add while keeping his explosiveness and agility.. he's not built like Tyreek Hill at all -
One of the best college LBs in the nation is from Buffalo
Buffalo716 replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall
Joe was only at Buffalo for 1 year Dolac has been at UB for five... AKA he's a very experienced college player He's been producing for years but if he was given a top 3-4 round draft grade he wouldn't be coming back for years He will definitely get a shot in the NFL.. whether it's drafted or undrafted but when you talking about guys in the fifth sixth round 7th round a lot of those guys have the same grades as guys going undrafted It's what needs teams have and what schemes they think the player fits into Andreeson making the bills certainly might help his case -
Koo drilled that kick Statistically he's really good but I wonder if he has the pure leg strength to kick in Buffalo We really need guys with strong legs lots of guys look good in domes I think he's from the same school that bass was.. he started over Bass . But we might need a new kicker soon

I never said he's not good.. I said he doesn't scare me with our corners Come on dude you act like you've never seen a wide receiver go for a hundred yards in his life.. he's good I don't think he's unstoppable and he does do most of his damage from the slot even if he does play a lot outside.. he's a lot more dangerous inside But McDermott is a good game planner also... We have seen and slowed down plenty of very good wide receivers
