  1. Stevie Johnson was the perfect Storm of right place at the right time He’s a good receiver no doubt… But he absolutely benefited from a super weak receiving core and Ryan Fitzpatrick They were scout team teammates together… when fitz was a back up he was throwing the ball to Stevie every day They got insane chemistry…. When fitz became starter…. The only guy he trusted was Stevie Johnson And fitz has played a lot a good football over 15 years…. Fitzs ball placement and Stevie savviness were a match made in heaven His production is not matched anywhere else with any other quarterback
  2. It will be khamzat vs Whittaker or khamzat vs pereira at middleweight

  5. Well if you’re struggling with that aspect I can help you instantly First the Church says to make life special for kids … It’s a magical time… Santa Claus and the Easter bunny is fun for the children Now growing up in a very strict Catholic household I knew Santa Claus was Saint Nicholas… And the Easter bunny wasn’t real And I’ve never seen an Easter bunny inside a Catholic Church BUT As our early church fathers said… After the resurrection of Jesus Christ Mary Magdalene a disciple of Christ… Made her way to Rome and had a meeting with the Roman Empire Tiberius Upon meeting Tiberius… She held out an egg and said Christ is risen Tiberius scoffed.., Said there’s just As much as a chance, As the egg in your hand turning red as a human coming back to life To which the egg in Mary Magdalene’s hand turned red Happy Easter Christ is risen
  6. Dyngus day is the day after Easter
  7. Or we didn’t build a new stadium and the bills are in Austin Texas? What ???? It’s not about a grand football stadium… It’s about a football stadium Everybody who is trying to make it more, Doesn’t realize the state and Terry Pegula just want a football stadium… To watch football in And that’s what a lot of football fans want

  14. I do think they said you will be able to pay the PSL in installations
  15. Exactly Which is why Canadian hockey purist teach righties to play left-handed Because you get there dominant hand up top where it does all the work… And they can do some insane stuff with dominant hand up top My buddy played Major Junior hockey in Canada… But he’s American.. So he’s a real righty playing righty And he said going back he wishes he grew up playing left-handed… Because he couldn’t imagine how good he’d be with his dominant hand up top You can obviously train the other hand to become very good on top… But he said it’s really nothing like having a dominant hand up there
  16. It was Bon Jovi… Donald Trump Or Terry Pegula I’ll take Terry Pegula
  17. You would be a terrible business if you wouldn’t The difference between a business that last 100 years and one that lasts 10 Is getting every last dollar out of your customer Dude Terry Pegula is not our friend… He is a billionaire who keeps buffaloes favorite pastime here
  18. Ofc it was a feeler If tons of season-ticket holders said they were willing to shell it out without a doubt of course they’re going to be able to raise it But if they got 70% doubt… Of course they can raise it… But I doubt it would be that substantial of a raise Of course they’re trying to get as much as they can
  19. If you grow up playing hockey in Canada They will teach righties to play left-handed… Seeing as your top hand is the most important in hockey So they will put your dominant hand up top
  20. I’ve already said that it’s a feeler… and not concrete… Do you not read what I said? If the research showed nobody is willing to pay for those prices… Guess what They won’t magically be 10 times higher They were researching what people are willing to pay… If nobody was willing to pay that, it’s not gonna be 10 times higher You can expect it to be around 5-10% of the numbers … Of course their reaching out to season-ticket holders to see how much they can get from them

Heating: None Food and beverage: A la carte Annual price per seat: $4,500 One-time PSL: $20,000 Again not concrete…. But this was the team email setting out feelers…. And it looks like 600 is Lowest not 500 2400 PSL For upper level between the 40s… 900 something a ticket https://theathletic.com/3299415/2022/05/08/bills-stadium-survey-provides-insight-into-seating-pricing-options-for-teams-future-home/?amp=1 The athletic Article echoes the team email Sorry for the copying and pasting of all the prices
  22. There was an article in the Buffalo news About 10 months ago that detailed a potential Priceline Now it’s obviously not 100% set in stone But it’s definitely a good outlier They’re not gonna say some psl will be $500…. And then the lowest be 1500 It’s gonna be pretty close And the article said the most expensive PSL will be field level near 50… and that could he 25k I don’t believe the article said that that it was a $5000 PSL… maybe 2k… I haven’t read the article in a while Again not set in stone… But these were real feelers putting out I don’t think they’re going to increase it 100% from what they said… So if a corner PSL is 500… I don’t think it’s magically gonna be 1500 by the day the stadium built
  23. Where are you getting these prices you’re making up? 85% of the PSLs are not going to be 5-10k most will be 500(cheapest)-3000k according to what they said …. The very few select seats will be 10-15- $20,000 And that’s for being field level 50 yard line and clubs
  24. There’s a lot of people here also that are buying them So don’t say nobody will buy them
  25. Really because I am going to buy PSL somewhere between the 20 and 40… So that already destroyed your regular people won’t buy them Secondly you said you’ll be looking at the parking lot with that view… They already said the new stadium will be built with football site lines 1st in mind Nobody will be looking at the parking lot… Not uptop or in the corner And a lot of people will buy the PSLs From the endzones and corners and between the 10-40 Obviously if you want to sit 5rows up on the 50 yard line it’s going to be very expensive… It’s expensive today
