Yea so Dorsey as a rookie coordinator gets a small pass experience will help every coordinator… but he did get more predictable as the season went on … Did his lack of experience catch up? Probably does he have the ability to go deeper into the book and get us out of Jams with playcalls? Yes but he has to trust his players to execute .. and get more unpredictable

He’s easily a scratch golfer with that stroke -
Appreciate it Shaw and always love your Rockpile review And yes that’s basically a part I was alluding at… All the coaches know who actually has the goods and who doesn’t

Any coordinator position is tough to judge we are taking about the highest in there profession In the world… I don’t like talking ***** about coaches because I’ve been in the game for so long… People like my opinion here… But I would kill for any of the positions in the league There are so many good coaches at the high school , junior college , division three , division two and division one levels it’s insane And 99% will bust their ass for 30 years and never reach the big time… I spent time around David Culley and knew the information he brought to the game… super high level Yet people here bashed him and said he was un qualified… But I knew he would be an NFL head coach one day and said the same here… And I was laughed at But I knew the type of coach he was and the Xs and Os he can bring it to the game… And It didn’t surprise me he was one of 32 in the world to be called an NFL head coach It’s a tough fraternity and coaches stick together… And everybody knows who actually knows the goods It’s why I don’t want to get rid of McDermott for an unknown… he is a very smart head coach And I am willing to ride with him because I think he will get us a Lombardi coach bashing is the easiest thing to do… but it doesn’t always turn out for the best when you get rid of them

I suspect that whichever QB they ended up with tied would be the talk of the town allen WOULD BE considered the best in the world if he went to the chief’s… and pat would be robin

Best Bills player to wear every jersey number (51-99)

Schobel led the afc in sacks and was top 5 multiple times he was way better than Jerry Hughes lol -
I think that’s a loaded question… The bills are in a different spot than 99% of teams in the NFL Most running quarterbacks like Lamar Jackson…. Can’t throw the football like Josh Allen…. So they run run run … play action pass Josh Allen has an elite arm and elite legs …. He’s going to get chunks in the air with his arm And he equally can burn you by taking off from the pocket… So the offense is Josh centric…. We also haven’t had the big boys upfront to create for running backs I think with this stable of running backs and a beefed up line… Josh won’t have to carry 120 times … cut it to 75-80… while giving it to the backs more Our running backs weren’t super effective because we don’t run block great and josh is a gifted creator But Absolutely doesn’t hurt the bills… Because if we can establish a good ground game this year… It’s only going to help Josh Allen when he pulls it out

In a box I believe … not down on the floor Knox would be great for a ring size spot

DT is a tough position … Ed has been on the cusp … he’s been dominate for stretches but the consistency isn’t there yet And for the record I loved Quinnen Williams in college And thought he was the number 1 Dtackle… Lots of those guys lose their edge when They get paid though Williams is definitely a monster tho

Ruben was a machine … I don’t know why people hate on a 9 time pro bowler… when it still mattered And he was much better when he was bigger Absolutely one of the best AFC guards of his time… not the best .. but always in the running

I don’t think I’m comparing them or once said Oliver was elite Williams did not do much for his first three years and He wasn’t head and shoulders above Oliver … year 4 was the breakout Williams broke out last year in a contract year which is always concerning… You say he’s going to be a machine for a long time but he absolutely can be Marcell Dareus sure he’s better but it took years to break out…

Those 280 pound lineman no matter how technically sound and a strong would get destroyed today Ruben Brown was a machine and cut down to like 290… And he looked great, played awful There’s a reason why there’s not 200lb linebackers … mass does matter When you’re on the field with a bunch of huge humans

Quinnen Williams has one Great year in his career also Olivers AV was higher every year besides this last year… If anything Williams played for a payday
