No I absolutely understand all of that He's going to be accustomed to a certain lifestyle he's an NFL player.. and his shelf life is shorter than every position I fully get it -

I would love for it to stay So many kids around Western New York grow up wanting to play high school football playoffs at the Ralph I had some good memories there and there's a lot of nostalgia... I'm sure the playoffs might just get moved to the new stadium But it would be really cool if the youth football players of the Buffalo area got to continue playing on a historic field ... Every high school football player in the area dreams of going to the Ralph And it seems that era is about to be passed -

The lower bowl does hold a decent amount.. but.. and this is the big but If a concert is too small for the football stadium it goes to the hockey arena.. they don't need a half torn down football stadium for small concerts This also goes back to the stadium study... They did for over a decade... Which Came to the conclusion that a multi-use domed football stadium has a negligible impact on an economy.. it has about the same impact as a brand new Target Jerry Jones's Palace which is the most beautiful dome in the world has about 10 events planned for all of 2025... 10 How many events would a buffalo dome hold? 4-5 a year? In the grand scheme of things it's just not worth it for the cost It cost millions of dollars to upkeep Ralph Wilson stadium yearly they're not keeping it open for two concerts Orchard Park is a town that likes staying a small town.. nine times a year it becomes a small City.. that's really how the residents of orchard Park like it.. they voted no to marijuana shops, they vote no to a lot of stuff They do not want to grow into cheektowaga... they don't care about having more shops or restaurants or hotels Orchard Park was a great place for the bills because it's a small community that becomes large a few times a year and then goes right back to Small Time -
I think Caldwell can jump into a rotation but I don't think he's a plug and play starter at the 1T He needs to work on consistent block shedding and body control he ended up on the ground too much last season

Most of it is underground correct and the upper bowls are losing structural integrity by the year so that can't be saved anyways without a massive project -

I mean besides the locals who want it for high school sports... Which I'm in But realistically having two massive stadiums right next to each other serves zero purpose... It's old and falling apart I don't get what's weird about it besides our actual attachment and nostalgia Most stadiums 35+ years old that are replaced are torn down... The rockpile has just basically an outer shell and not much upkeep cost.. keeping Ralph Wilson stadium up and in any sort of shape would be a lot of money on the taxpayers again ... Terry rents The stadium from Erie county who maintain it... And they probably don't want to pay millions of dollars to keep it going yearly -
Punt gods net was also bottom 1/3rd of league

Warren sapp was a 3 tech but I get your point Linval Joseph , demata peko, Dexter Lawrence.. the first two were more classic run stuffers at the one tech, Lawrence is more of an attacker but all typically played a one technique -

Absolutely everything you say is correct and it is a business He has also made almost 5 million in his career.. I can live the rest of my life on 5 million dollars I know how I live lol Like sure he has one chance to chase a Payday but he's not poor -
No teenage kid should be doing anything... BUT In small doses Marijuana has less adverse long-term side effects than alcohol... Sure, can long-term hardcore cannabis abuse lead to psychosis, yes in about .5% nearly 85 to 90% of alcohol users develop fatty liver disease You can also drink yourself to death.. you're not smoking yourself to death with marijuana in one sitting... But you can drink yourself to death And in that study how much weed were they smoking and how much were they drinking? If they were smoking like chimneys but drink once a week of course the weed is going to have more of an effect... If they were smoking daily.. and drinking alcohol daily like an alcoholic there's no way the alcohol was less damaging than the weed.. because a 14-year-old drinking alcohol everyday would have serious short-term and long-term effects It sounds like they tested kids who smoke weed and kids who said they occasionally drink.. What they didn't account for is the rate it happens.. they said 28% of the people said they smoked pot.. while 75% said they drink alcohol occasionally... That doesn't tell the whole story notice it says 75% drinks occasionally.. it's very open to interpretation... Drinking occasionally can mean once every 2 weeks.. once every 3 weeks.. once every 10 days... Now if the pot smokers were smoking pot 5 6 7 days a week but the people drinking we're only drinking once every 15 days of course the marijuana is going to have more effect If a 14 year old was drinking hardcore alcohol everyday and smoking weed everyday alcohol would have a lot of negative effects

Football has a massive growth process.. and every single position is different It's a lot easier to play wide receiver than to play cornerback and look good... Playing with a first round pick quarterback who has been groomed by Tom Brady... He has a lot of things going for him to make him look really good at wide receiver.. that intrinsically does not mean he is better at wide receiver It's a astin Martin vs a Ford mustang GT ... Both great cars... Both look great and perform... One is higher quality There's not a lot of cornerbacks his age that have his skill set.. there are wide receivers at his age across drafts with his skill set... His corner skill set is harder to find -
