  1. What's your thought about Kingz? Dude is played at about every single level of college basketball LOL
  2. Nate kingz has committed He has had a weird basketball journey
  3. A tiny tiny version and that's what I've been saying.. orchard Park has approved and entertainment district... In four zones surrounding the stadium You're probably going to get a bills Hall of Fame type exhibition... Maybe a little fan interaction stuff... A hotel and probably two or three restaurants Orchard Park zoning literally doesn't even allow for buildings over two and a half stories... The Buffalo Bills got them to change that and now they're allowed four story in the zones around the stadium.. so I can see a nice hotel , a couple of restaurants... And if a millionaire really wants to get his hands dirty maybe a brewery / restaurant
  4. Are they really going to get rid of ECC South? Where's their campus going to go I think there's already 10 plus hotels in orchard Park for a town of 30,000.. I think they can do one more around the stadium and a couple of restaurants maybe one with a music venue, yes that's totally doable But orchard Park certainly cannot handle 12 new restaurants 365 days a year.. when the town only blows up 10 days a year... There's not enough of a consistent customer base They could handle two restaurants for sure
  5. Well that's my point.. you don't need to develop all of orchard Park to have a nice experience The Buffalo Bills and I'm sure they know what they're doing... Have already got a couple of zones okayed for a Bills entertainment zone in the vicinity of the stadium I was more talking about the people who always cry about Western New York being stuck in the past and we can't have nice things and orchard Park is a ghost town.. yet the stadium is going to be one of the best in the world, it's going to be gorgeous and I'm sure it's going to be a great experience around the stadium They are going to have a Bills entertainment district in the vicinity... But my point is people are still going to complain because it won't be good enough for them... They're always going to find something to complain about .. and most of them don't live in Western New York I on the other hand I am ecstatic about the new stadium... and everything that will come with it
  6. Well it's one thing if they put it on the Buffalo Bills grounds or in the immediate vicinity of the stadium It's a completely different thing to build up orchard Park... Which is what many people have expressed their desires to do in all the new stadium threads... With cries of woe is me and why can't we have good stuff and this is why Wny is stuck in the past Also every single new development in orchard Park has to get voted on... Which they are very very conservative... They already approved a bills zone in 4 districts surrounding the stadium That's the spots that they will build up and people will still cry
  7. Dude first of all Green Bay is 3 or 4 times larger than orchard Park lol Second of all orchard Park doesn't want any of this.. that's the thing everybody's missing They don't want to get built up , they don't want to get turned into cheektowaga They literally like being a small town that turns into a small city nine times a year They don't 15 more restaurants or 15 more hotels or the town expanded.. people move to orchard Park because they like it how it is
  8. No I absolutely understand all of that He's going to be accustomed to a certain lifestyle he's an NFL player.. and his shelf life is shorter than every position I fully get it
  9. Yea it sucks I'm going to enjoy the season every second
  10. I would love for it to stay So many kids around Western New York grow up wanting to play high school football playoffs at the Ralph I had some good memories there and there's a lot of nostalgia... I'm sure the playoffs might just get moved to the new stadium But it would be really cool if the youth football players of the Buffalo area got to continue playing on a historic field ... Every high school football player in the area dreams of going to the Ralph And it seems that era is about to be passed
  11. The lower bowl does hold a decent amount.. but.. and this is the big but If a concert is too small for the football stadium it goes to the hockey arena.. they don't need a half torn down football stadium for small concerts This also goes back to the stadium study... They did for over a decade... Which Came to the conclusion that a multi-use domed football stadium has a negligible impact on an economy.. it has about the same impact as a brand new Target Jerry Jones's Palace which is the most beautiful dome in the world has about 10 events planned for all of 2025... 10 How many events would a buffalo dome hold? 4-5 a year? In the grand scheme of things it's just not worth it for the cost It cost millions of dollars to upkeep Ralph Wilson stadium yearly they're not keeping it open for two concerts Orchard Park is a town that likes staying a small town.. nine times a year it becomes a small City.. that's really how the residents of orchard Park like it.. they voted no to marijuana shops, they vote no to a lot of stuff They do not want to grow into cheektowaga... they don't care about having more shops or restaurants or hotels Orchard Park was a great place for the bills because it's a small community that becomes large a few times a year and then goes right back to Small Time
  12. I think Caldwell can jump into a rotation but I don't think he's a plug and play starter at the 1T He needs to work on consistent block shedding and body control he ended up on the ground too much last season
  13. Most of it is underground correct and the upper bowls are losing structural integrity by the year so that can't be saved anyways without a massive project
  14. The raiders drafted Sebastian janikowski in the first
  15. I mean besides the locals who want it for high school sports... Which I'm in But realistically having two massive stadiums right next to each other serves zero purpose... It's old and falling apart I don't get what's weird about it besides our actual attachment and nostalgia Most stadiums 35+ years old that are replaced are torn down... The rockpile has just basically an outer shell and not much upkeep cost.. keeping Ralph Wilson stadium up and in any sort of shape would be a lot of money on the taxpayers again ... Terry rents The stadium from Erie county who maintain it... And they probably don't want to pay millions of dollars to keep it going yearly
