He's a high energy guy even at his age He's strategically sound but I don't think anybody would ever call him an X's and O's guru he is a masterclass motivator, even world class .. and a great developer of talent Caroll is also one of the best football coaches of the last 40 years whether you're talking any level too he is greatness
