  1. Short/fast return guy. Meh. I'd like to get a few tall guys on the roster they think they can develop over the summer/camp.
  2. lol, while I don't disagree, if someone actually tries to hire him away, you do what you can to keep the guy for the sake of Allens development.
  3. I have to think that Daboll wants to build this thing. He moved back to WNY for his family and I doubt he would be chomping at the bit to take that Jacksonville job. Have Terry give him a raise and I doubt he leaves for a HC job after 1 season. Not only that, but has the guy really earned a HC job? Suspect resume as this point. Sure there are extenuating factors but doesn't seem like he deserves it yet.
  4. Doesn't seem to be a lot of bait for people to trade up for. Could be similar to the year the Dolphins traded up for Dion Jordon for peanuts.
  5. Shrug, its all super subjective and pseudo-science to clear people. All he has to do is answer a question wrong and he "fails." He has no incentive to want to come back quickly. If you were Anderson would you be in a hurry to play? He thought he was walking into a cush QB3/mentor spot. QB3s almost never play.
  6. My guess is it is largely a cover for him to save face. He was never supposed to play. With Allen back and now Barkley he can go back to his mentor role he was always supposed to be.
  7. I thought this was an interesting look at how the draft is shaping up. Surely lots will change. You will notice there is almost no offensive talent near the top of the draft which is a bad year for us to be so needy. Also seems like we will see less trade-ups given lack of QB talent and elite studs. I don't see much worth tanking for, as we are not going to have pick 1 or 2. https://www.si.com/nfl/2018/11/15/2019-nfl-draft-big-board-rankings-nick-bosa-justin-herbert
  8. Gruden is a mad man. We do need pass rush help.... Doesn't make sense to claim him with a losing season though. Probably will get claimed by the pats. "Irvin was named one of the team’s six captains before the season, and he is the second veteran to exit the 1-7 Raiders in the last week. Safety Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie abruptly retired Tuesday after his snaps were cut down. " At least we are not the Raiders...
  9. The reality for Nate is that he should be playing for his roster spot. If he stinks it up again, he should be cut and signed to the practice squad. We will not carry 4 QBs.
  10. Pryor is a big enough deal that his power agent flies into town for a 1 or 2 year deal? Not sure
  11. As a losing team you don't trade for an old WR on a losing team who wants to be traded because he's unhappy losing.
  12. Third or better yes, otherwise meh. 2nd for Shady and a 5/6th
  13. I was in for a third, no way for a first. We need that pick.
  14. Brady could be out and we would still lose that game.
  15. ProFootBallDoc said over under is 6 weeks out for Allen. God help us if its bad and needs tommy john surgery or loses his cannon arm
  16. Don't they run the same defense as Buffalo? Id take him for cheap.
  17. Cobb being out frees up Tre White to cover geronimo.
  18. Of course he could have been. Put him in the EJ manuel/Geno smith draft and he probably goes #1. Erik Fisher? Luke Joekel? Dion Jordan? Yikes.
  19. Seems unheard of for a productive former first round pick from a recent 2016 draft to be dumpster trash so quickly. Guy must be a disaster behind the scenes. Clearly can't understand offense or concepts and was limited between the ears.
  20. The only way I would trade for him is a Brock level trade where we take on the salary dump and they send us Bradford and a second round pick for a 7th or something. Otherwise the guy isn't worth it.
  21. "Heres what I think, you agree, don't you?" "The sky is blue, isn't it?"
