Did anyone see a drop off when Edmunds left the game? One play in particular was his replacement missing a tackle for a loss. Drive was NEs only touchdown if I remember correctly.

Ask direct for some type of refund....or prorated credit based on games you may have missed. The first line of customer service ops have a little leeway to do that. Same here with recordings not appearing on my list. I've flipped back and forth to MANAGE RECORDINGS to Categories of recordings...back to all recordings....and sometime they appear.
