  1. You need to find a new obsession. It's getting creepy. Our QB is statistically speaking one of the worst QBs in the NFL this year. And you're telling me I have an agenda? Ummm, what???
  2. I think the issue is that the biggest thing holding this team back right now from being a true Super Bowl contending team is its QB play.
  3. He's 33rd in QB Rating among qualified QBs so this isn't a stretch. Allen hasn't shown he learns anything after making mistakes. Yesterday: Interception #1 was a throw into double coverage down the field. Interception #2 was a very poorly thrown ball into double coverage down the field. Interception #3 was a throw into double coverage down the sideline that should have been thrown away. He makes the same mistakes over and over and over again.
  4. I'm just posting the facts. Sorry they upset you so much.
  5. You're right. He's not getting any better. Last year, his QB rating was 68. This year, it's 69.6. He's the 33rd ranked QB in the NFL in terms of QB rating among qualified passers.
  6. Allen's biggest problem is that he's so inefficient. His career QB rating is currently 68.4. This year, he's the 33rd ranked QB in the NFL among qualified passers. We're 3-1, but it's really hard to win when you have bottom of the barrel QB play like that.
  7. There's no evidence whatsoever that he's learning from his mistakes. He makes the same mistakes pretty much every single game.
  8. I never thought he'd succeed. Have seen enough promising signs from him to think I might be wrong, but his decision making is a major problem at this point. He makes mistakes you're taught not to make in high school. His situational awareness as a QB is pretty awful.
  9. Allen and Manuel before he got benched?
  10. Agreed. We had no business losing today. Take away the turnovers and we should have won comfortably.
  11. The only thing he's really improved is his completion percentage. The sum of his play doesn't appear to be much better. His stats overall are among the worst in the league among starting QBs.
  12. Objectivity isn't allowed around here. You're only allowed to heap praise on Bills players.
  13. Makes no sense. Knox didn't see the field until the last drive of the 2nd half, when we marched down the field for a field goal attempt. He needs a lot more snaps. If you're going to play Smith, you might as well play an extra lineman. Everyone knows he's no threat to catch the ball.
  14. No, I'm talking about the QB with 7 TDs, 1 Int and a QB rating of about 110. For a guy who likely didn't get many reps in training camp, he's been excellent. Nick Foles might have lost his job again.
  15. He's been outstanding.
  16. The 1st and 2nd interceptions he had all day to throw.
  17. Agreed. I'm hoping for it as well. I just can't understand the decision making sometimes. Last week it was the interception rolling right, throwing a duck across the middle, and there was also a bone head intentional grounding call that knocked us out of field goal range in the 1st quarter. This week it was three heaves into double coverage, plus a bone headed sack that made a field goal more difficult when he had time to throw it away. These plays need to stop. They're inexcusable at this point, but we see them week after week. If those disappear, he can be a pretty good player. He just needs to take care of the football better.
  18. Agreed. The Titans on the road will be tough but the following 3 games all feature poor to horrible defenses. We need to see major improvement in the Miami and Washington games. A win against either the Eagles or Titans would be nice too.
  19. I don't think any of them would start for us. You offered up Van Noy.
  20. Great. So one of seven guys starts for us. As I said, our defense is a lot better.
  21. They've played 4 garbage offenses. Answer the question. The obvious answer is no one. Our D is much better.
  22. Bear and Chicago? Did you mean the Pats? Anyways, I think the Bills are the most complete D in the NFL, the Bears have the best front seven, and the Pats have the best secondary (I don't think their front seven is very good). I think the Bears and Bills at 1a and 1b. New England has a good defense, but I don't think it's elite. They don't have any game changers in their front seven, although all their role players fill their roles very well.
  23. Jameis looked pretty damn good today.
  24. Who in their front seven would start for us?
  25. QB Rating not QBR.
