The best QB in their division for the past 18 years is Chad Pennington. That’s sad. The divison is a problem. No one said anything about needing to coach at BB’s level. The Chiefs could have easily won that game, Bedard broke the game down in depth. He was laughing out loud at how stupid the Chiefs D Coordinator was, playing a safety 30 yards down field time and time again. Outlining basic coverages that never had a chance. IIRC correctly Mixon wasn’t invited to the combine either but didn’t face any penalties once entering the league. The punishment is not being given a chance to improve his draft stock.

I’d cut Murphy and sign Lawrence. I loved Clowney while he was in college but he hasn’t been great as a pro. I want Flowers but I think NE is going to pay him. Gronk and the Courty twins all sound like they are retiring. Should free up plenty of money and they’d be wise to pay him. Either way, get Hughes some damn help this year!

Ben McAdoo would be a huge get. I’m not sure if he would go that low on the pole but he might get excited working with a guy like JA.

2nd or 3rd? I’m reading that his best fit would be as a stand up backer in a 3-4 and a situational player who may stuggle to get snaps in the NFL. A guy you wouldn’t want to use in coverage. Tight hips, limited bend...speed to power. We already have all of that covered with Shaq.

Exactly. Year after year late round picks and UDFAs come into this league and contribute. There is zero reason to keep an older back when you don’t have his replacement on deck. They should have drafted Chubb last year and got out in front of it, as I said a million times. Instead they signed another veteran in Ivory and went with the AARP approach with the backfield. Draft a guy in in the mid rounds, use a late rounder as a flyer and get rid of the old guys. They offer nothing but name recognition.

NRC is a nice guy, he plays hard, just please don’t put him on Edelman. They need to move Talib inside.

The more I watch of the WRs coming out the more confused I get as to why people are calling it a weak class.

Mack is pretty good and he can catch. He is similar to Williams for KC. I’d be fine with a RB in that mold. NE used a first on Sony, he isn’t anything special. I’d rather a back like Mack in the 4th round. Heck he might be the better player straight up. Plenty of capable running backs out there, fix the oline and stop signing high mileage guys. It’s wasteful spending and it takes up a roster spot that would be better spent on a late round back or UDFA.

If they don’t get one of these big targets for JA then they are making a mistake. People can debate who is better between DK, Harry and Butler but taking a one dimensional speedster and ignoring them would be a terrible decision. If McD can’t leave a blue chip defender on the table so he can fix the offense then I don’t have high hopes for him. The FA WR group isn’t very good, the Bills need to sure up the oline in FA and use the picks on playmakers. I will be really disappointed if they don’t draft a real WR.

I’m surprised so many people like Harry as much as they do. Just from browsing through some of Hakeem Butler’s games he looks superior. I have been on the DK train but Butler is right there for me. He is silky smooth I can’t believe he is 6’6. Reminds me of another 18. 6’6 225 and is expected to run a sub 4.5 40.
