I'm sure with everything going on they are just going to recite a few throw away lines and go back behind the curtain. -

2017 NFL Mock Drafts & Top Prospects

Don't draft a TE in the first round they take time to develop, If your willing to spend a top 15 pick on a pass catcher get the best WR available. -
Bart Scott rips Dareus for comments about Rex defense
CommonCents replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bart Scott can barely speak English? Huh? He does just fine and I find him funny at times. -
He would be great with the Titans and their personnel. Just my opinion of course but I would ditch Mularkey for him.

Marcell Dareus' thoughts on Rex Ryan's firing

No, numb nuts! Shady was accountable all season long, thus his comments have much more merit than players who were not. -
Marcell Dareus' thoughts on Rex Ryan's firing
CommonCents replied to Wayne Arnold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Belichick wasn't able to get anything out of Haynesworth. Dareus is way heavier than he was when he was drafted, he has been suspended twice for weed so that means he has tested positive how many times? Seth Joyner was brought in to work with this defense and left because they were just hanging out in the locker room. Rex didn't conform to the players wishes, I get that. What should he have done for Dareus? Let him pick the plays? Would that make him be more responsible off the field? Would that make him happier so he eats less? Is Rex responsible for Marcell getting heavier? At some point self accountability needs to kick in, these guys got run over multiple times by Jay freaking Ajayi. Finger pointing is not a good look. Rex deserved to go but these guys should shut up and play better under their new coach and prove that they actually care about winning. I fully expect a Herculean effort from all our malcontents this Sunday vs. a Jets team that gave up months ago. That will be their I told you so moment that they can stick it in everyone else's face... until of course adversity shows up sometime next season and they once again fold up. -

Sully: Bills' bozos leave Lynn to twist on his own
CommonCents replied to Rico's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Immature easy going kid living in LA just doesn't scream success. In fairness I love his release and with the passing game the way it in today's NFL he could be great if he wants it. -

I loved Goff until I heard him do the QB camp thing with Gruden. That west coast personality always raises red flags, sprinkle in some immaturity and that BOY GONA NEED WERK! -
Freudian Slip?? Here's why A-Lynn Spoke First
CommonCents replied to theRalph's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Less practice time to master the calls and formations, that doesn't explain our terrible season but it's a legitimate conversation that anyone even considering hiring Rex would have to have. Less contact down the field which allowed corners to play in man coverage even against good WRs. Much of it has been discussed here at one point or another and I'm starting to accept that keeping it simple on defense might be the best counter to the quick passing attacks. I'm sure other posters can speak better of it I'm not a film/formations guy. I can safely say that Rex's defense in Buffalo never looked like his Jets defense in his early years. -

Some defenders are as predictable as their whipping boy Sullivan. The bottom line is Rex was a bad hire from the start, they should have communicated that they wanted to run a 4-3 and nothing else. He was never going to do that, and that would have been the end of discussion. It was their hire they got what they paid for. What we saw on the field was a scheme that has been passed by a bit due to the changes in the game, no doubt. Combine that with the majority of the players on D who didn't care to make it work as well as it could haves me you get two years of WTF. You don't get blasted for 200 yards repeatedly if your giving it a fair try. Rex had to go. The FO didn't have to bungle up the past few years and they certainly haven't looked competent early on in this transition process. Whaley needs a yes man in a last attempt to show Pegula how good this roster is. Everything points to Lynn being the hire, from now until that announcement is made stop twirling in the wind looking for excuses for OBD. Surely once you find an excuse they will screw it all up again and leave you digging deeper. -

Kyle Shanahan for Head Coach. Here is why...
CommonCents replied to dezertbill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Have you seen what numbers the Falcons put up without Julio? How many touchdowns does he have this year? Coleman has been super productive in his role with Freeman. The emergence of Gabriel...Ryan has thrown touchdowns to 13 different receivers this season that's an NFL record. Shanahan may have personality issues I don't know about them, he does not have problems scoring points though.
