Much of what he says goes right along with what I said about Whales and his "search". It boggles my mind that Lynn was +290 for this job. For folks that don't gamble that means for every 100 you lay down you stand to win 290 when Lynn is named HC. That's 3-1 and the easiest money I have ever made.
He would have been a good fit for what Kubiak likes to do, it will be interesting to see what direction they go in. If they land a Shannahan or similiar type I would expect them to play Lynch.
If it's about winning games in 17' then the decision is easy. Brian ******** Hoyer or Tyrod? If it's about self preservation the decision is also easy. The results weren't what we wanted because those weren't my guys!! Right Anthony!?
Whaley was probably up in the box with Pegula each Sunday pointing out how Rex and his running QB were missing open WR's and making bad calls on defense. Those two single handily sabotaged Whaley's stacked roster and he deserves another chance and Terry agrees...as a matter of fact Doug, do it your way this time!
Insert Anthony Lynn, Whaley's yes man.
Similar but Roman wasn't already in place as the interim HC then going back down to a lesser role on the same team. I'm not saying it couldn't/shouldn't happen I just have a hunch that pride would get in the way for most people.
Have coaches interviewed for HC with a team and then accepted a lesser role? I hear a lot of people wanting to keep Lynn as OC, has this happened before? Interim coach - interview for HC - Back to OC/DC. Just curious.
If they are using a first round pick on a QB I would fry them for keeping TT. Either pay TT in belief that he can get the job done or replace him and use every available asset to do so.
Tyrod protects the ball and scores more points, EJ is a turnover machine and scores less points. Decisions decisions!!! Tyrod has value, EJ should be out of the league.
That comes from the top. Stoops is an idiot that allowed all this to go on. I took Oklahoma in that game, one thing Stoops is good at is rallying the troops for a meaningless game.
I don't want Mixon in Buffalo, probably much worse guys playing in the NFL though.
Now it's VIC! All of TBN, Peter King, Mike Greenberg, Greg Bedard, Jason Cole, Laconforna, Bill Polian and on and on and everyone that speaks out or writes an article gets bashed on here.
Why do people act so outraged at what the media has become? Do any other teams message boards go to such lengths to discuss media members? I'm not in the Buffalo market but we also have our share of local antagonists but no one seems to care. With the Bills and TBN it seems fans focus way to much on their relationship or lack of one.
This is modern day media/journalism... Instant reactions stirring fans emotions and generating clicks. Move on.
