  1. I will go see Logan, the lady is taking her sister to see Beauty and the Beast. I haven't been to the movies since I took my nephew and we saw "Sing" it was a disappointment.
  2. Exactly right. Bring the mods over for endless lashings.
  3. Garbage. I'd pay a monthly to maintain the level of discussion we have here.
  4. This board is much better than BBMB ever was. I hope the atmosphere around here doesn't change. I like all the draft converaations and being able to question OBD without constant ban hammers being thrown around. BBMB was the kindergarten of message boards, he said she said blah blah...good riddance.
  5. Come on Blokes push Dupre up your board! Still like what you see in him?
  6. Good luck at the new job! Nice to have you back.
  7. Didn't we bet on the McCoy situation? You and Rhino couldn't agree on terms and I agreed to your injury clause or whatever it was? It's been too long.
  8. What started the downward spiral at ESPN? I can't even stomach watching it and when a live event is on that is can't miss I feel dirty watching it. This is coming from someone who got used to watching Dan Patrick and all the other anchors doing the 6-7am sportscenter. Network is garbage now.
  9. If Gilmore does go elsewhere (which I hope he does) it would be a mistake for Whaley to head into next season with what you listed above. The FA market and draft both have an unusual amount of talent at CB. The position is too important to ignore and the talent is there to address the loss of Gilmore if it should happen.
  10. Malcolm Butler is a RFA, if your drafting at the back end of the first round would you sacrifice your first and steal him from the Pats?
  11. Most looking forward to seeing how Fournette looks, is he the next Trent Richardson? I was so high on him just last year but he worries me.
  12. The only comparisons for Hooker and Lawson are the injury. Hooker looks to be much more of a game wrecker and worth the wait and risk. Shaq looks to be a solid pick who won't boom or bust and the wait was frustrating because he was drafted to fill 94's spot.
  13. If you could get Bouye at 10-11 per would you do it? Something like 5 years 52 million..20 guaranteed? Then spend the savings on Zach B. Potential to be an upgrade over Gilmore, if not he would at worst be a solid 1 and more money for Zach B.
  14. Come on gentleman take that politics garbage where it belongs. This site even has a spot dedicated to it, surely you know no one talking football wants to read through this back and forth of foolishness! Meatball is coming back for another year! Are you not entertained!?
  15. He got tagged again this year.
  16. Or he just came back so he can watch the new DL coach work over puff daddy.
  17. If the Browns call and offer the 12th overall pick I think they would do it. Then the Pats could draft Foster and avoid over paying HT.
  18. Mixon the guy that wrecked that woman? No thanks. Plenty of other options that wouldn't make me swear at my tv.
  19. I don't understand the madden reference. My guess is that Prince and Bouye sign somewhere for less than Gilmore. Bouye could be a real bargain, he had terrible luck with injuries which started at his pro day and plagued him through the first few years of his career. Last year he got his chance and proved himself a CB1. Prince is and has been a good NFL player.
  20. If Gilmore's asking price is too high there are a few nice options out there which could be cheaper and possibly better fits. If your suggestion it's an either or situation I agree Gilmore would be an easy choice.
  21. I'm just going by what Byrd did once he signed his deal and not projecting him back into a defense that was dismantled soon after his departure. Byrd strikes me as a guy that has his health and savings account 1 and 2 and winning a distant 3rd. That's fine, probably a smart approach but not a guy an NFL team would benefit from signing long term. I think he got lucky in both cases but I won't go in circles with it. Another important point you make is that Whaley sticks to his perceived value of FA's which is one of the few things I like about Doug.
  22. I agree, Alexander would be an easy player to overpay. No one could have predicted his break out season last year. Or could they have? Badol made a good case as for why a journeyman LB would be more than serviceable under Rex and that's exactly what we saw. A high effort/intelligent guy benefiting from a system in which many other Bills resisted. I think it's safe to say that last year was an aberration.
  23. He put a value on Spiller/Byrd both of whom have proved to be not very good football players and certainly not worth their price. In both cases Whaley got lucky that the players didn't accept the offers. We all know that, and it's easy to say whew "got lucky there". It is lunacy to use those players as examples of Whaley's good doing for the Bills organization, that's what was going on above and surely you see that.
  24. The CB market is actually looking solid this year for FA's Prince and Bouye are out there with Gilmore. Trumaine Johnson got tagged today by the Rams.
